I shop at this store almost 3 times a day, and now almost 6: 10 pm I had the worst experience of my life. A young woman named Adrian (I read it on her name tag) treated me terribly. I hope I never see her in that store again.

The person currently working at register number 2, whose name is Adrian, is a horrible person. She throws things around as if she doesn't care that I'm paying for my food, and everything ends up damaged because of her attitude. They should fire her; she's young but bitter, and her unpleasant attitude makes the store look bad. Her behavior is terrible and rude.

Shelves are never restocked in a timely manner. Consistently immediately run out of sale items. Handle-less bags make it a huge pain to make a large trip. The only positive is the floor staff who are always great.

My son loves coming here for the carts with steering wheels! Whenever I need to grocery shop with him, we choose Shaws because it keeps him entertained the whole time.
I also like their selection of produce. Always fresh and varied!

I have continuously been disappointed with the curb side pick up at this store. I always notify via the link that I am coming and again once I am parked in a designated space letting them know my number of the space and whatever name/model of the car. I have been made to wait over 20 minutes sometimes close to 30 for them to bring my groceries out. I can no longer buy my fruits and vegetables here at Shaw’s in Ashland because of the extremely poor quality of the produce. I have got gone after a long day only to have to unpack rotting and molding fruits. Fuzzy moldy berries that had to go straight to the trash on a previous trip. I shave been parked here today for 25 minutes so far with no one in site and multiple empty cars parked in designated pick up spots. I’m so disappointed.

Went in for groceries a couple weeks ago and was in the soda aisle and a rat ran out in front of me. Disgusting. I told the manager. Haven’t shopped there since.

My experience at Shaws was, as usual, very pleasant. My cashier was friendly. You can tell she enjoyed her job. She took such pride in her career, and she is. I guess she would probably be considered ID but very pleasant, and my hat goes off to Shaw’s for giving a population of people a chance to work that typically would not be able to find a job.

Your delivery service is a nightmare never deliver to your apt just leave in lobby instruction on my account says to ring apt number and hand delivery to apt AS MANAGER DOES NOT WANT FOOD LEFT IN LOBBY but drivers Don't read what's on your delivery instruction this is a 62 n over apt bld most can not pick up bags in lobby that is why we pay to have them delivered not left in lobby.

Young kids closing store 9:40 or 9:45 consistently when the store says it’s open until 10:00. It’s very unprofessional and impolite for a business to practice this behavior. If you don’t want those hours then change them but don’t close and lock up early becoming a liar to the public!

High Priced for a Shaws.... They are NOT Whole Foods. Their iceberg lettuce ALWAYS sucks - why? We continue to go there after 30 years in the area. Their prices are a bit crazy. You can do better elsewhere, but you will need to drive further. Market Basket down the street is MUCH better, but it is a bit of the wild west :-)
