I have been a customer of this bank since before it was bought out by TD Bank. Today at the drive thru ATM, once again , it is unable to print a receipt. Not a big deal but it seems to be the case about 33% of the time. Seems like it shouldn't be that hard to keep the receipt paper stocked. It's been a while since I've had to do a cash withdrawal from the drive thru ATM but in the past it would typically give $50 bills. I'm sure that makes it more convenient for who ever is loading the ATM but it sure isn't convenient for the customer.Let me tell you about what happened to me at this location about a year ago. If you don't believe it, I can understand. I would not believe it if it didn't actually happen to me. One again there was some issue with the drive thru ATM. So I went to the ATM in the vestibule. This was in off hours with the bank closed, on a Sunday. I noticed the door did not fully close behind me. So I manually closed it. Well imagine my surprise when I go to leave and the door would not open! I applied a lot of force on the door while holding the latch to open it and no dice. It got to the point that I was concerned if I applied more force the flex of the door would result in glass breakage. This was across about 10 minutes of trying. I had left my cellphone in my car. Eventually I was able to flag down some young kid in the adjacent plaza park lot and he called the Police station on my behalf.Eventually an Ashland cop shows up, and with my pushing and his pulling we were able to force the door open. Clearly there was an issue with the door's lock. At least 45 minutes of my time wasted. Good thing I didn't have any serious medical issues or was claustrophobic. On Monday I call and ask to speak with the branch manger. I start to tell her what happens and she tells me that she put a ticket in previously with the bank to get the door fixed. So, in other words, the branch and the bank knew there was an existing problem with the door and did not correct it, did not even bother to put a note up on the door, or better yet remove the door temporarily. She was apologetic but the whole thing never should have happened.I believe that experience speaks volumes about this banks customer service.

Very disappointed! I went into the Ashland branch on a Monday afternoon (after lunch time so it would be dead and all employees would be done with lunch breaks) There was only one woman being waited on so I waited in line (mind you, while watching a male employee just sitting at the drive thru window with no customers and he was doing absolutely nothing) when it was my turn I said that I wanted to open an account. I was told that they could not do that at that time as they didn't have enough help. Well, that made me see that this is NOT a bank that I want to do business with! I truly cannot believe that they would actually turn away a customer that was asking to open an account! And the woman "waiting on me" was very unfriendly. I do not recommend this bank to anyone! I went to a different bank that same day and was greeted immediately and had a new account within 30 minutes of walking in!

TD Bank, specifically this branch, has won my customer loyalty forever. I have run 3 businesses, multiple personal accounts, credit cards, and retirement plans all with TD. The branch manager, Jennifer Curley, has been nothing short of AMAZING when it comes to my customer needs. Jennifer and her employees go above and beyond to always make sure my experience in the bank is pleasant, she is very responsive to all of my questions, and always gives me a concise response. I give Jenn and her team the highest recommendation possible, and would advise people using other banks in the area to see what TD has to offer.

My wife and I have belonged to this bank almost 13 years. We've had problems come up, but all were resolved to our satisfaction. We dealt with the Milford branch until recently(we moved). We now go to Ashland. Don't know the people there. Still a good bank.

I was very hesitant to go to a bank in the middle of COVID19 pandemic. But they have implemented a SMS/digital queue and managed it well

The customer service I got from this branch is exceptional. VP - manager Claudia Garlett was an absolute angel with patiently listening to my issues and going out of her way to resolve it. I really really appreciated her service and I am still a customer due to Claudia.

If I could give a rating of ‘0' I would! I had a truly abysmal experience that occurred at the Ashland, MA location. My husband and I went to this branch to discuss the possibility of opening a personal loan. The sales rep told us that we qualified for the loan at a competitive rate. We decided to move forward with the loan, and we also opened a checking account to make payments for loan. We were told that we would hear back the following Monday or Tuesday to finalize the closing. We feel that sales rep presented this to us as if it were a ‘done deal.' He also did not communicate basic conditions of the loan. This was incredibly misleading based on how this unfolded.

My wife had called the TD in Ashland, MA to inquire about getting a $13,000 loan with the bank essentially to consolidate our credit card debt with a lower interest rate. She made an appointment with David on a Friday at the end of March afternoon to discuss our options.
