“Update: Had a bit of an issue with a rude manager when trying to open an account, but the VP of Marketing reached out to me, so I decided to give them a chance and become a member. The process to set up an account was super easy and intuitive, albeit a bit buggy running on Firefox instead of Chrome, but that's most sites these days. The application was processed quickly, and it seems like they take security very seriously. Their mobile banking app is a bit bare bones and old looking, and it shows an ad for their services every time you open it (you can thankfully dismiss it), but it does the job that every good mobile banking app is supposed to do (check balances, deposit money, etc...)”

“Best bank around. No fees for accounts, they have overdraft forgiveness if you call and explain. Or if I do overdraft and put it right back in I won't get hit with fee. But I've never paid an overdraft fee cause of that. I also love how I have filed disputes after being scammed or money taken and with no issues I get my money back. I've had bank 5, Webster, bank of America and citizens bank and left due too poor service... but rockland trust definitely is the best to deal with.”

A couple times I’ve ordered things from different country’s or when I go somewhere and but something in a place the bank isn’t familiar with me going to ,the fraud department calls right away to make sure it’s me which is really nice as I’ve never had a bank do that . Also one time when putting $100 in the Atm to deposit money after bank hours , the Atm ate my money , luckily I had other money but still loosing the $100 was annoying ,so I filled out an incident report the day after and they said it could take 5-10 business days but they got it resolved within 2 days .everyone that I’ve come in contact with has been very nice and helpful . So glad to bank with Webster !”
