“This is by far the best bank ive ever had in the city and im glad i switched from bank5 to them. Paypal got hacked and account was in negative and rockland trust took care of it immediately even when paypal didnt. When i got hit with overdraft fee they reversed it (rarely happens but people make mistakes). Checking and savings account are 100% free and never got hit with any hidden fees or monthly fees. Everytime i go to my bank or call customer service they are always so polite and professional.”

“I have been a customer for years and the service has been nothing short of great. They are pleasant and professional. Very helpful and pleasant. To the people who have a problem with 2 years ago and wouldn’t help you unless large deposits etc. I was not happy either. However that has changed and everyone is more than happy to help you. Yes do they have lines at times. When people get paid the beginning of the month etc. . This happens in other Banks as well. If you have not seen to this bank you should really give them another chance. By the way I don’t work for the bank. I’m just happy with how they try things and if their customers aren’t happy they change. Pleasant tellers and managers!!”
