“This is by far the best bank ive ever had in the city and im glad i switched from bank5 to them. Paypal got hacked and account was in negative and rockland trust took care of it immediately even when paypal didnt. When i got hit with overdraft fee they reversed it (rarely happens but people make mistakes). Checking and savings account are 100% free and never got hit with any hidden fees or monthly fees. Everytime i go to my bank or call customer service they are always so polite and professional.”

Yes do they have lines at times. When people get paid the beginning of the month etc. . This happens in other Banks as well. If you have not seen to this bank you should really give them another chance. By the way I don’t work for the bank. I’m just happy with how they try things and if their customers aren’t happy they change. Pleasant tellers and managers!!”
