You get what you pay for sure it’s the cheapest but is it really worth it if you can’t use your phone anywhere like I have 1 spot in my town with service I’ve gone to different states too no where in this country does this phone plan work

Rude customer service waited in line behind a customers… customer I was behind jumped bc he didn’t know I was there not a big deal the problem is the (female employee with comments like he’s use to creeping behind people he’s good at that uncalled for very racial profiling very sad for a small town will never go back to that boost mobile again might even change plan bc of it so disgusted)

I have been doing business with Jim since the mid 70's. (Yes, that makes me old) His level of customer care throughout the years: outstanding. He knows I feel that way, but in terms of the Boost Mobile business, his assistant manager, Sarah, has that same level of care and compassion. She took care of a simple screen protector on my Moto ... of course, to me I thought I'd ruined the phone. Sarah's expertise and kindness with customers just solidifies everything I've felt about dealing with Audisee/Boost. Nice job, as always. Sarah, I'll try not to drop anything. Jim, ty bruthah.

Had to buy a new phone they didn't have the one I wanted and the one I got I can't use all the features and when the woman working there didn't understand the error codes and messaged the manager about it and he replied google it. Really that's how you teach your employees that's the level of service the manager gives his employees and customers ridiculous

My daughter had a upgrade offer, her current phone will b going to the obsolete black hole soon. New phone was free. Owner is very friendly and nice. Highly recommend this buisness.

Boost texted me that I would need a new sim card due to switching over to the 5G network and also told me my phone was compatible with the new network. They said I would receive a $50.00 dollar credit for switching in store so, I went here to have it switched over.The employee here told me my phone which I just recently paid off was not compatible with the new network and that I would have to buy a new phone. I showed her the texts I received from Boost stating my phone was compatible to which she replied sorry they are sending those texts to everyone and your phone isn't compatible. Would not even look at my phone. So I acquired the new sim card on my own and did the switch over the phone through Boost customer care and it works great!!! But, now I am out the $50.00 dollar credit...I would expect staff to be knowledgeable about the products they sell. In my opinion I believe they were just trying to get me to buy a new phone. Always question the information you receive at this store before making a decision. I for one will be taking my buisness elsewhere.
