Got off Rt2 and drove opposite direction to this Cumberland Farms to find it priced 25 cents per gallon higher than the Mobil I passed.

This store is horrible compared to the other athol location. They are rude when you ask them to heat up a cold sandwich yet their too lazy to ever have any hot sandwiches. I'm a construction worker who would buy breakfast there every day but they never have any breakfast sandwiches made. I love cumbys but this location sucks.

Nice and clean and really nice associates!! Well almost all of them. There's an older associate that doesn't like to help you at all, the eye rolls and sighs give that away!!

their is a young blond woman with tattoos that works there who is an absolute sweetheart and is also super helpfulbut thier is also an older woman with gray hair who is also super rude and is never helpfulwhen Shes working the register she always puts a broken sign on the thing that keeps the pizza warm and never has hot food out, or pizza.the BEST part about cumbies is the dollar slices and she purposely NEVER puts them out cause she is lazy and rude

Avoid this Cumberland Farms. I walked in and went to the coffee station this morning, filled 2 cups of coffee and then headed over to the candy section and grabbed a bag of peanut M&M's and then proceeded to the counter to checkout. I waited in line and when it was my turn I walked up to a register with an older woman behind this particular checkout. I said "hi, how are you", the woman responded "I'm good, how are you"... I said "good"... ok, so far, pleasant experience right? I place my two coffee's down with the bag of M&M's (apparently too close to the cutout hole of the plexiglass covid window designed to provide protection at the register) and this woman freaks out... she says to me, "I don't need those (meaning the coffee's), I need to scan the M&M's"... as if that was unpleasant enough, the j*** keeps running her arrogant mouth and says "if you move those back then I have plenty more room to scan the other item, see?" (this was said in a cocky and condescending tone) I didn't even have a response for this very unprofessional behavior, so I paid with my credit card and turned around and walked out. There was nothing I needed to thank this a*****e for. People need to chill out and talk to others respectively, especially when you are on the clock representing an organization. Extremely poor work ethic. It may not seem like a big deal because it's not, but I would NEVER talk to anyone like this, that's why it bothers me.
