Bought a used Subaru elsewhere but brought it to Mike when some lights came on the dash. He diagnosed the problem and recommended that I call Subaru of America to see if they could do anything for us because of a just-expired warranty (go figure!) They required us to take the car to a dealership for the repairs. His diagnosis was right on and SOA did help us out a bit. Thank you Mike for your advice, for helping us save money on the repair and for checking in with us again to see how it went. 2yes ago a driver hit my gram totaling her vehicle. Hen she came here they treated her with 100% above and beyond making sure she had fuul gas to start. If she needs anything - be it routine maintenance or "checked to be safe" they pick up the car at her house, do what's needed ( if anything and if not has let her know it checks out) then brings it back to her house after and with the respect & friendly attitude one would treat own grandparent with ! Thank you! 10 stars!
