I’m very disappointed with the repeated lack of attention to customer requests. My boyfriend visits your place for a simple, small trim, yet he consistently leaves with an inch or two cut off, feeling very upset and semi self-conscious. This has happened every visit, despite his clear instructions. I respectfully ask that you listen more carefully to your customers’ requests, as this level of service is unacceptable. I hopes to see improvement during his next visit.

Was not happy with my cut.so a picture of what I wanted was told they could do it.
Cut my hair so short. And did not even cut it the way I wanted. I wanted it at my shoulders. The cut it up to my chine.and did not cut like iasked.it is so short I will not leave my home.
