This store is best. They carry a wide array of products for reasonable pricing. Plus, become a member for great discounts. All the employees are so well trained. They are knowledgeable about their services and products. They even offer to carry heavy items out to your car. Wow. What great service. It doesn't matter what day or time I go all the employees are great. Store manager, Dez(?) Is so accommodating .
I highly recommend this store.

The store itself is great, however it's the grooming that really puts it over the top. Our groomer Bella is FANTASTIC! She is just such a nice person and does a really wonderful job with our dog . We have a doodle puppy (Lily) who is a little on the crazy side still, and Bella never bats an eye or makes us feel bad about her behavior. Her grooming is also top notch - our doggie is always squeaky clean and clipped perfectly. Bella is such an asset to your store - hang on to her!

Lindsey is the absolute best! She is great with my dog, Snoop, and she has been so helpful to me as a pet parent. I will continue to book all of his grooming appointments with her. I hope Pet Supplies Plus recognizes her merit & rewards her accordingly because Snoop & I will be distraught if Pet Supplies Plus lost her as a team member. Please make sure she knows how valued she is, and how important it is that I have someone I can trust with this level of pet care that I cannot do for him myself. I'm sure you can appreciate that one bad grooming experience can alter an animal for a lifetime, and having access to Lindsey makes me feel confident that Snoop will always be well cared for when he's with her. More and more of my generation is adopting the philosophy of "pay the person; not the entity", and employers would do well to realize that they are only as good as the people they hire. You've struck a gold mine with Lindsey, and I hope everyone knows that.

This store is actually so much better than I anticipated. At first I thought there wouldn't be much selection, as it is a lot smaller inside than the local Petco or Petsmart. However, it's actually awesome! I've found they have the best selection of items for my cat, and great prices and sales. Plus the online ordering works great and really helps when you're crunched for time. Store is clean and well stocked.

Deseret ( hope I spelled it correctly) just spent quite awhile on the phone with me. I'm trying to find a specific food for my senior cat who is very fussy. She is putting in a request for their supplier. I, also, have another food for my cats that they carry the brand but not beef which is all they will eat. I haven't been shopping there because they don't really have what I need. Now that I know that they are quite willing to work with me and will try to get it for me, I am thrilled. Thank you so much Pet Supplies plus.
