Went there to find my friend who had really bad arthritis a pair of shoes, the staff were vary nice and we found a pair in her favorite color purple.

Most of the staff here are friendly and helpful. Would have been 5 stars if it weren't for those couple employees who forgot their training the second their boss walked out the door!

My biggest problem was the lack of shoes in my size, 10.5/11 on some of the shoes I was looking at. I'm not happy about the prices either, but I know that isn't too much in your control. I was asked if I was looking for assistance, but I wasn't, so no points lost there.

Got shoes for a good price a little pricey but they have shoes at reasonable price and always plenty of parking in the mall with other stores including market basket.

Quick and easy visit! Every time I come into the store, I notice the great clearance prices and sales going on. All of the staff are kind and courteous, and made sure I found the perfect pair of shoes that fit just right!
