I use the ATM machine several times never had a problem maybe the guy Shawn Lyons was having a bad hair day I think I might try that Bank out I love a challenge and close all of my accounts all over the US and deposit my money in the Athol branch Bank and transfer my 401k there also

Customer Service Reps always very helpful. They are always very pleasant and greet their customers when they enter the bank.
