While there are minor improvements needed, like better window sealing during winter, the overall experience far outweighs these small issues. Highly recommend Center Place to anyone looking for a great place to call home!”

They run it very professionally, communicate exceptionally well and do their best each day to make it a cozy and comfy community.I have rented on and off for decades. This place has some of the best office staff, maintenance team and neighbors that I have ever encountered. No place is perfect but The Oasis at Plainville comes pretty darn close.”

“Location is perfect for school and the first floor has a very nice place to study/hang out. Ty and all staff are very attentive and listen to all our concerns. I honeslty appreciate their efforts to help every tenant. Everyweek there are meetings where you can directly address any issue you may have. No place is perfect but they sincerely try to make this place your new "home".”

“I've been at the Slater Cotton Mill for 4 years now. Love the girls in the office, love the residents, & love the amenities here. Biggest bang for your buck at this property with all the amenities they offer along with the ability to get anywhere in the state and MA so easily. Honestly, best place I've lived and couldn't recommend it more.”

“Self guided tour experience. Grounds appear to be maintained nicely as do the the 2 buildings I toured: 3 & 5. The 2 apartments I toured were nice, the only downsize in my opion would be the bedroom sizes but this could be the norm just about anywhere. The layouts were a little confusing. I couldn't actually picture where a sofa and tv would be placed to make the livingroom functional. I did notice what I think are wall jacks for where you can actually mount your TV if you wanted to. The closet sizes are great but actually take up a lot of space that could be beneficial in the bedroom. But who doesn't love a huge closet? I used an app to see who the furniture i currently have would fit into the space. It would be a tight fit but again that seems to be the norm up north. Less space for much more money. The units were very clean but I did notice water and mop head residue that was left behind by maintenance. That could cause someone to slip and fall. The fitness area is nice as is the common space you can uses for hosting a gathering. I did have the opportunity to tour the actual unit I requested to tour. The community is nice but like everything here its severely overpriced for the amount of actual living space you have.”

“I went there to apply for an apartment and found it very beautiful, inside and out. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I didn't end up renting there only because I found a more appropriate place for myself in Tiverton. Otherwise I would be living there now. I forgot to add that they do accept low income!”

“We love living here! We have been here for 6 months so far and are very happy. They do quarterly fire alarm checks to make sure everything is in working order. Any maintenance issues are easily requested with the folio app where your able to schedule certain days and times when you can be home or have the option to have maintenance come in without you. They allow two pets dogs and cats! So many other tenants have dogs and it’s always so nice to see all of them. Mail room is inside with rfid access only so haven’t had any packages stolen. There is always parking space available even if it is a little walk. Being so close to the new train/bus hub is super convenient.Katie is pretty responsive and gets back to use within a few hours.Laundry room has a few washer and dryers that are very small but most units have hookups so if that’s something you want you usually can just provide your own machines.The amount of space you get for the price is unmatched. We have hardwood floors, granite countertops, newer appliances, very large bathroom. Truly we can’t complain. We fully plan on staying here and renewing our lease for many years to come.”
