Fine basic room in a quiet location. Grocery and some dining is a few minutes away. Will always have comfy memories from this hotel.

During our stay, we encountered several issues that made our experience quite uncomfortable. To start, we found multiple cockroaches in our room, which was unsettling. The dresser drawers had white powder inside them, so I didn't feel safe using them at all. Additionally, there was no trash can provided, which was inconvenient. To make matters worse, my comforter had a few noticeable cigarette burns on it, and there was a puddle forming in front of the fridge. Overall, these factors contributed to a less than satisfactory stay.

My friend booked this room for our overnight stay and after reading the reviews, I was extremely apprehensive. However, my worst fears were allayed when a thorough inspection revealed no bedbugs or cockroaches. The room was old and small, but clean. The bedding looked clean and mattress was comfortable enough. The curtains smelled like decades-old smoke, and the room smelled strongly from disinfectant – which at least indicates it was cleaned. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. The front desk person was polite and helpful. I saw the staff cleaning the hallways every day and leaf blowing the parking lot. So, if you’re looking to save money, and need a place to just sleep, I’d say this place is OK.

What can I say about this motel?
The room smells like smoke. Dirty as all hell! Stains literally everywhere! Holes in the curtains, smoke stains on the ceiling of the bathroom.
Like sleeping during the day?? This place is perfect for you!!! The way the motel is designed, even at 3am, with the blinds closed, it's as bright as daylight inside the room and outside the room due to those hallway lights. Horrible!! Unacceptable!! At least replace the dang curtains that have burn holes from drug use!! Maybe update with blackout curtains??!
Wouldn't stay here again. If though it's the most affordable in the area.
The ONLY 2 good things I have to say about this place is, it's 15min from Providence Eagle. AND the gentleman at the front desk was pleasant to deal with.

I guess I’d give it 3.5 stars rather than 4 if I could, but—
It’s definitely not the Waldorf Astoria. :) And I feel like the couple room pics in their main entry here look more attractive than my room, haha. The place is older and the room has its scars, but nothing overtly dirty or unwashed, and the young woman who checked me in was friendly and told me that they’re available 24/7 if I need anything. As I type this, I see housekeeping outside starting to get into a neighboring room.
The freezer in the mini fridge is hilariously unusable from the glacier’s worth of ice buildup, so it wouldn’t hurt if they’d defrost that sometime 😄

Travelers BEWARE!! Traveled from NJ to Mass. to attend a concert at Gillette Stadium. We had booked this place of business( I can't call this a hotel) as EVERYTHING else was sold out. Since we were attending a concert and didn't want to make the 5+ hour trip back, it would have to do.
I booked this through Priceline. Again travelers BEWARE!
Upon arriving the room smelled of concentrated urine. We were running late and figured we would deal with it when we returned.
After the concert we returned to the room and turned on the lights. It was then, when things really came alive.
The room was infested with cockroaches.
After speaking with the management/ office they advised us to be patient and that they would get a fumigation team in there... wha.. wha.. a WHAT???
We packed up our things threw them in the outside of our truck and left
Reached out to PRICELINE and they said we would have had to cancel 2 days prior to get a refund according to the policy.
( I wonder if the policy mentions exclusions for roaches? ) Priceline told us the hotel would have to refund the $$$.
Called the hotel and they flipped it back on Priceline.
Called PRICELINE back, and was told to call the hotel. This carousel was making me dizzy.
End of story. There will be NO REFUND from either party, so I must now dispute with credit card company.
I don't usually leave reviews, but it's the principal here.
They both had an opportunity to make this right, but they fell short.
So first thing Monday morning, I'm contacting the board of health. I will be making countless phone calls to the town hall, and will be speaking to any and everyone who will listen.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
PRICELINE DO BETTER!!!

The rooms are good. The place has a good point. The bad thing is the staff are hateful, poorly educated, distracted, I don't know if they humiliate you just because you are not from their country. For 4 years I have been in more than 100 hotels and in this one I have found the worst treatment
