“For one, local guide Sam stated it was a Santander. It is not. And 2, there were other comments 3 or 4 years ago that I kindly disagree with. I come here quite often and I have not had any issues waiting, it needing to be restored, etc. Plus I must say most of the BoA kiosk-types dont have a walk-in area. This one does w/AC in Summers & heat in the Winters.It's a New England thing ???”

“I'm giving five stars on this one. I read the previous reviews and I don't understand I've been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years. There's two things in my life that I can't stand, one is going to the pharmacy, two is going to the bank. I had some Fraud that I found on my account, and I walked into the Pleasant Street in Attleboro mass location without an appointment. I saw a wonderful lady named "Ritty" she was extremely pleasant and helpful and took an instant interest in my problem. She took me aside to a private desk immediately and within 15 minutes I was walking out the door with all of my problems resolved! A few days later I had a problem with my new ATM card. I walked into the branch once again to speak with Ritty, but she was not there, so I was able to speak with the manager of the bank directly. He took me into his office and sat me down immediately, and he made me feel like I was the only customer they had. He was extremely knowledgeable with the way that their system worked, and he had me straightened out inside of five minutes and once again, I was walking out the door with a smile. I will never bank anywhere else, but Bank of America, and I will never go to any other branch, other than the Attleboro mass branch on Pleasant St.,, even if I have to drive two hours.”
