“I'm giving five stars on this one. I read the previous reviews and I don't understand I've been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years. There's two things in my life that I can't stand, one is going to the pharmacy, two is going to the bank. I had some Fraud that I found on my account, and I walked into the Pleasant Street in Attleboro mass location without an appointment. I saw a wonderful lady named "Ritty" she was extremely pleasant and helpful and took an instant interest in my problem. She took me aside to a private desk immediately and within 15 minutes I was walking out the door with all of my problems resolved! A few days later I had a problem with my new ATM card. I walked into the branch once again to speak with Ritty, but she was not there, so I was able to speak with the manager of the bank directly. He took me into his office and sat me down immediately, and he made me feel like I was the only customer they had. He was extremely knowledgeable with the way that their system worked, and he had me straightened out inside of five minutes and once again, I was walking out the door with a smile. I will never bank anywhere else, but Bank of America, and I will never go to any other branch, other than the Attleboro mass branch on Pleasant St.,, even if I have to drive two hours.”

“I'm very surprised at some negative reviews of this Webster branch. I've been banking here since they came to Attleboro about 20 years ago, and I have had nothing but extremely positive experiences. Manager Gabby is wonderful and I have leaned on her expertise on several occasions. She's the best. Recently, Kay helped me and she's terrific. I can't say a negative thing about this branch of Webster or the bank in general.”
“We recently ran into some very poor customer service experiences with multiple online representatives we spoke with over the phone. So we opted to make a visit to this local branch in Attleboro in an attempt to get our situation rectified. Not only was Mimi, the branch manger at this Attleboro location, able to fix our problem for us, but she did so with the kindest demeanor. She met with us in person on two different occasions and had various phone conversations to get our issue rectified. This was the ONLY positive experience we had with Citizens Bank and it was all due to Mimi. We honestly can’t thank her enough!”

“As a financial professional myself, I hold financial institutions to a high standard. I stopped at this branch last week to purchase some currency for travel abroad.
I was so pleased with the service I got. First, they were the only institution I know of in my area that has Euros on hand, no pre-order needed. Second, I’m not an account holder there, so there was a fee but it was minimal, just $10.
Next, the lobby was welcoming and I noted several people working there. That’s a different experience than my personal bank, where few people are ever available. (I mostly do online banking and I have to accommodate my spouse’s preferences or I’d change banks!)
The service was good. Everyone was friendly and I didn’t have to wait too long. Parking was easy. I also noted walking in the door that they proudly display their HRC Equality top 100 status! It speaks to the welcoming environment you can expect.
