“We recently ran into some very poor customer service experiences with multiple online representatives we spoke with over the phone. So we opted to make a visit to this local branch in Attleboro in an attempt to get our situation rectified. Not only was Mimi, the branch manger at this Attleboro location, able to fix our problem for us, but she did so with the kindest demeanor. She met with us in person on two different occasions and had various phone conversations to get our issue rectified. This was the ONLY positive experience we had with Citizens Bank and it was all due to Mimi. We honestly can’t thank her enough!”

“Been banking here for years but thinking of switching because of 1 particular teller Rosemary. While everyone else is polite and professional, she is always rude, has such a mean demeanor and makes me feel like an idiot. She once printed me out a new debit card with one of the numbers half cut off, when I asked if it would be an issue, she said “ why would that be an issue? You can see a number?!!” Her tone is always condescending and if I get her as a teller, it will literally put a damper on my day. My husband was going to switch from Citizens to Rockland but when he had to deal with her he said no way!! Everyone else is great though but because of her rudeness I may end up switching.”
