Tech barely spoke to me, nail polish was applied very thick, she never asked what shape I wanted, and it’s very messy. Super upset by this. I specifically told them it was for my maternity photo shoot and obviously they didn’t care. Honestly want my money back.

My granddaughter and I went in Tuesday the 22nd for two pedicures. They said a 15 minute wait turned into at least a 30 minute wait and then my nail tech could not have been ruder to me. I have a condition in my legs. It’s involuntary movement, which I told her about before we started. She’s getting all aggravated at me because my leg would jump. Grabs my leg and said stop moving. Try to explain the situation again to her and then when I said oh, I don’t like the way you cut my big toes. She got very angry with me. Just really bad customer service all around would not recommend this place.
While we were there, my granddaughter made an appointment for the next day to get her nails filled and polish change I didn’t go with her, but she came home crying. They did a terrible job on her nails,within minutes one broke ,one nail was crooked off to the left and behind her nails were all the excess acrylic. I went back to see if they would fix the nail that broke and the owner was so defensive there’s like no customer service whatsoever at this place. she claimed the nail is crooked because of the person who put it on originally which, by the way was that nail shop her technician, she wasn’t hearing any of it. She was not given in. She wouldn’t even fix the broken nail she said my granddaughter banged it That’s why it broke.I ended up walking out of the place never go back again.

First time getting a liquid gel nail set. My tech was Kyle and he was amazing. Very professional and accommodating. I love going to bonsai nail bar. The atmosphere is always calm and inviting. 10 out of 10 recommend.
Requested style: I asked for a French tip and that’s exactly what I got. Are usually have issues with my nail beds which make the nails seem curved. But with this nail tech and his artistry, these are the best looking nails I’ve had in a long time.
Cleanliness: Nail tech station was clean and set up in a way to professionally and efficiently do nails. The work provided for my manicure was top notch.

I had a Bonsai Bar Pedicure done by Katie and it was EXCEPTIONAL!! She did a fantastic job! I recommend this Pedicure with Katie! Extremely professionally done. Thank you for my usual, wonderful experience!
Requested style: I opted for a milk and honey pedicure for two! Me and my daughter both enjoyed our pedicures. I had gel polish with a nail design on big toes. My daughter enjoyed traditional polish.
Cleanliness: ALWAYS IMMACULATE!! Love the ambiance!!! Owners are exceptionally polite and professional!!

I wish that a pedicure was a pedicure without “levels” of service. I would have loved a bit longer message and some hot rocks but I can only afford the “basic “ level. I prefer going to places that have a basic pedicure that is high quality and the same price.
Cleanliness: Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Nice polish job!!

This is Savannah, the daughter of Angela. You guys did amazing on my pedicure, and I’m in love with the results. An overall amazing experience, and the people were really sweet. Ten outta ten, would recommend.
Requested style: I chose glittery gold and black, alternating between colors on each toe.
Cleanliness: They shaved my feet and put lotion on my lower legs as well as hot water and towel treatments. They also put oils and other soothing products on my legs.

I went to this salon to get a gel pedicure and dip manicure and both sets haven’t even lasted me a week. Three of my toes have chipped and almost every single nail, the top coat used for dip has chipped away. The only two nails that have lasted is the two that have designs and that’s because they were set with gel. Not only is the top coat chipping, the dip itself is chipping on five of my nails. In one of the photos, I had to file down my nail and the chip but it was larger. I felt as if the lady who did mine was rushing and didn’t take even try to do them well. Highly disappointed and won’t be coming back, especially for the price
