“Over the years I've had several laptops repaired or simply cleaned up here and Dave is always super fast and efficient. Even fixing mistakes I've made by asking a friend to repair what I thought was a small(ish) problem. Once I had a catastrophic laptop failure and I needed a file on it for a wedding in a few hours. He went out of his way to help. His prices are fair and he knows what's he's doing. I highly recommend him.”
“I went to this location to buy a refrigerator during their Memorial day sale. I worked with Tom, a sales rep, and Eric, one of the managers. They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Tom and Eric were very personable and made my purchasing experience very enjoyable. I had issues with the delivery, had a hard time resolving my issues with customer service over the phone, and went in to speak with a manager. I met with Greg, the general manager, and he was also very helpful and empathetic to the issues I had with Best Buy's remote team. He worked hard to resolve my issue and turn my experience around.
