“Over the years I've had several laptops repaired or simply cleaned up here and Dave is always super fast and efficient. Even fixing mistakes I've made by asking a friend to repair what I thought was a small(ish) problem. Once I had a catastrophic laptop failure and I needed a file on it for a wedding in a few hours. He went out of his way to help. His prices are fair and he knows what's he's doing. I highly recommend him.”

“I wanted to take the time to write this review because I had such a great experience at the North Attleboro store. We had an isolated situation with a TV and went to BestBuy for advice. Upon arrival the greeter at the door heard my issue and called a manager over very quickly. The manger was a complete professional and applied some “out of the box” thinking to help me solve my problem. Once my situation was figured out they offered me a store credit as my goal was to get a larger TV. I was then introduced to Jeremiah in the TV section and he was knowledgeable and awesome to work with. He helped me find exactly what I needed, processed my sale quickly and brought the Tv out to my car. I was in and out of the store in under a half hour on SuperBowl Sunday. Was very happy with the customer service and happy to say that I will be more apt to make in store purchases vs online due to the staff here. Thank you”
“This happened to my computer today! I walked into Best Buy without an appointment (I was not aware you needed one), and was greeted with kindness from every employee! I ended up working with Chris and he completely changed my day!! Yes my computer screen is broken but it is now on its way to being fixed! He was kind, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable!
