After having a bad experience with Dean in sales. I decided to go back because we loved the car. This time I met with Andrewwho was awesome and left with the car for the price that i wanted. Highly recommend Andrew in sales. I would give Andrew 5 stars

I would give this -5 stars if I could. Today I was looking to purchase a vehicle. I was offered to test drive a car that I was interested in. The salesman took me to test drive a 2022 Corolla that had wipers that didn’t work and barely any breaks left while it was raining outside/post snow storm. Then says “yeah it probably needs breaks, rotors, wipers. It hasn’t been checked out yet” as we’re driving down the street. Probably would have been nice to know before I started driving the car away up a snowy hill. Why let someone take a new car they’ve never driven before out in the rain without “getting it checked out”.Needless to say, I purchased a vehicle from another dealership today after I left this one.

Happy New Year everyone! I don't normally do this, but I have to let the world know of the exceptional service I received at this location. I dealt personally with Maurice who was very professional, accomodating, and knowledgeable. He truly helped me find the car I was searching for with all the great features, I wanted, that Kia is known for. I hope this insight helps anyone looking for a sweet ride that truly competes with top brands.This is a time when service means everything and I was nothing less than impressed. Thanks again to Maurice and the team.

Excellent facility, vehicles and intelligent sales professionals.This dealership will makes you feel comfortable without pressure to purchase a vehicle. I will never do business or service with Kia of Attleboro ever again. It has been nothing but a headache. From the purchase process to repairs, it has been a nightmare and their "repairs" don't last. The first situation was when we were signing paperwork and the finance guy just wanted us to sign right away without going over anything. That's when I asked what our interest rate would be and it was way higher than what it should have been, that's when he came back with a lower rate. Then we got home and there was a chunk missing out of the sidewall of the tire, my husband took it back and they said it wasn't like that before and we had to pay for 4 new tires... after fighting that they finally replaced them. Then the sunroof has been faulty since we got the car, it has been "repaired" twice and is still faulty. This last time they had to "diagnose" it twice, my husband lost 2 days of work unpaid just for them to diagnose it when it should have been repaired. We waited way over a month for loaner and had to keep calling because no one keeps in touch. And now it's not working again. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Roy from Kia Attleboro was great to deal with and we have rated highly due to this. We recently relocated to the US and the requirements for buying a car in the US were new to us but Roy helped out every step of the process. Roy is is an experienced sales person and would definitely buy through Roy in Kia Attleboro again.

My EV6 picked up a nail in one tire and was not repairable. The tires are specially designed for electric vehicles. I tried to get a replacement at a couple of tire shops and my local dealer, and all said there was a two month back order. My dealer did some more research and found a few at Kia of Attleboro. I call the parts department and they confirmed the tires were in stock. I talked to Matt in the service department and he told me I could come in the next day. When I arrived he immediately put the car into service and within an hour I had a new tire! Big thanks to Matt and Kia of Attleboro for great and friendly service!

Well unexpected I had car trouble just as I set out for a few days vacation in Maine. The Kia dealer is very close to home so I got right off the highway and drove straight to Kia. At first because I had come off the street, the person said I would have to leave the car. I told him my predicament and that I would lose money. All I was asking if they would look at it. He understood, took the car in and made a quick, safe fix at an excellent cost. Thank you!!

The service at KIA of So Attleboro is amazing!! Everyone is so nice and willing to go out of their way to make sure your experience is always easy and pleasant. The guys in the service department are so nice and take their time to explain everything to you and are patient and answer all your questions. And above everything I will never buy a car if it’s not from Ryan!! I have bought and leased all my cars from him. He is one of a kind!! He has always gone above and beyond for my family and you can’t get that at just any dealership. I send everybody I know to Kia of So Attleboro. If you are in the market for a vehicle or need service please take the word of a very fussy woman you will not regret taking your business to Kia of So Attleboro.☺️

I came in on the wrong day, but the tech was able to squeeze me in. Very helpful and a real one. Tech knew I drove a bit and didn't want me to waste my time in the rain. Took an hour when I thought it would take 2 hours.

Great experience here, went in for the first time recently. They kept me updated when things took a little longer than expected. Friendly folks, easy process. Waiting area was spacious and comfortable. Glad I've found a good dealer service option.

I’ve owned several new cars already and have never really considered using a dealership for servicing until now. I was able to make an appointment on short notice and drop off my vehicle earlier in the day before my appointment. My vehicle was actually ready before noon and the service department made arrangements to enable pickup even after they closed. They couldn’t have made this experience any easier and they even included a carwash. Kia has become a great brand to own!

Gary at the dealership was incredibly kind. He took care of my car and kept me posted when it arrived by tow.Hey, identified the problem right away and fixed it very affordably explaining every step of the way. I have never felt more taken care of. I have been with the dealership for nine years and you will have me for many more.I am truly grateful at a time in my life when I needed it most ❣️??
