Seen a listing online for a certain amount. I triple checked to see if there any price reflections with a down payment and there was NONE. Went there and the first thing was that there was a price reflecting of $2k down payment from the online price. If they have to lie to get you in the door. They are not worth doing business with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I just had one of the best service experiences ever! Peter, my service advisor, was pleasant, attentive, helpful, and went over and above what I would expect. Steve, the service manager (I think), was the same.I highly recommend Courtesy Mitsubishi for service!

BUYER BEWARE!! BREACH OF CONTRACT. Steer clear of this untrustworthy dealership. My fiancé put a down payment on a truck a week ago, he gave them the $500 deposit at that time, then he got the loan check for the truck on Thursday, and was heading there tomorrow morning (Saturday) to pick up the truck. Today (Friday) he gets a call from one of the salesmen (he spoke with Jeff and Aaron) telling him the truck was sold to someone else. He was told when he went last week that he was the first person to see the truck and put a deposit down, now all of a sudden someone else was interested first. Basically it's assumable someone came in and offered more money and these unprofessional individuals took it. My fiancé has already bought $700 plus worth of parts for the truck, that he is now stuck with. He also sold his own truck last week, knowing he'd be in this truck Saturday, and now he is vehicle-less thanks to these no good people. It's a dirty dirty thing these guys did, and if you were smart you'd go someplace else. We are reaching out to a lawyer to file a breach of contract, the owner of this dealership and the Better Business Bureau as well. There are wonderful, trustworthy dealerships out there, THIS PLACE IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

BEWARE. This dealership is not providing accurate pricing. I went to test drive a car here after calling the dealer and making an appointment. It was not until after the test drive that the salesman told me the car's advertised pricing is 2-3k less than the actual price. They do this to get a better CarGuru price rating and to get you to go to the dealership. This is an awful and dishonest tactic. The car was listed online for $15900 (Which I was prepared to pay) But was actually $19900. I would not recommend this place

My son went there to buy a car this was several days ago put down a deposit he has called every day and just getting the run around word of mouth is your best advertisement couldn't even give him a call whether approved or not sales department is not that great I took my car there for an oil change it takes 5w30 they put straight 20 weight in it the tech said they rotated the tires and didn't be careful of any service you have done they don't even deserve one star

I went to Courtesy Mitsubishi Attleboro yesterday (10/23/2021 to purchase a used Honda Civic that they had on their lot. I search the prices online and found the car I was looking for the price that I was willing to pay. (VIN: 2HGFC2F56HH534872/Stock: PM6194). The price on line was $19,595.00. We drove there and found the car on the lot. I asked the sales man that we would like the take the Civic that was advertised on line for $19595.00 for a test ride. The sales man said that the price is really $21,500.00. The price online is the price if you have a trade in only. I said "I saw the car on your web site for $19595.00." He started to tell me how they replaced the filters and did other things to the car that makes the cost higher. I said "are you going to sell this car for $19595.00?" He again said "no, the car is $21,500.00." So we walked out and when to another dealer to purchase the same style and year Civic with more miles on it for $18234.00 Here is a link to the car we wanted to purchase from Courtesy Mitsubishi Attleboro :mitsubishima.com/viewdet… It does say "* Sale price includes $2,000 cash or trade-in value" in smaller print on their web site but most other dealers post the actual price without this caveat. When doing a web search this makes their cars look $2000.00 cheaper then other dealers prices for the same cars. Beware of car dealers that do not put prices on the cars that are on their lots. If you walked in from the street you may have paid the higher price. By the way, the car is still on the lot.

I haven't bought a car from here, but here's the story. Called to see if a certain used car was still available. Phone person said yes, it was still here. Drove the short distance (about 15 mins)...the car was not to be found on the lot. Finally, someone realized it had been sold a couple of days earlier. Salesman showed me another car wit similar mileage. I pointed out that it was $2000 more than the other car. They said it was the same price, because the price shown on the Internet ASSUMES a $2000 trade-in. So the prices of all cars shown on the Internet are wrong. GOOD-BYE! Is it just me, or does this sound like fraud?????

I'm sad to see some of the negative reviews for this dealership, but am also happy to say my experience was quite the opposite. To be honest, I've never been to a dealership where I had a more seamless and helpful car buying experience. I worked with Gina and Tony, and they were both great throughout. After going in with research and background knowledge, I test drove two cars, and the second one was exactly what I was looking for. I got a very reasonable trade-in offer on my existing vehicle, took care of my financing off-site and I was driving home in my new car the very same week. My experience was nothing but positive and I have a great new Outlander Sport with none of those typical dealership headaches you get at other places! Believe me, I've been to those too. I will say, I have had zero experience with the service at this location, so I cannot speak to that in this review. Perhaps I will update this at a later time after I service my vehicle there in the future. In the meantime, don't be afraid to check these guys out and I can definitely recommend Gina in sales.
