The actual place isn’t bad but the clientele is trash- be careful of these 2! I made the mistake of not staying in the building, I time my clothes perfectly so I sit in my car until that time comes. When I walked in, my clothes were sitting in one of their disgusting baskets still soaking wet because someone thought it was acceptable to take mine out so she could put hers in. She said the timer was up (it wasn’t- again, I timed it down to the minute) and the attendant gave her permission, which she didn’t. Im not sure why anyone would want to touch another persons laundry- I think it’s disgusting. Lesson learned and I will not be back. You should probably save yourself the headache and go somewhere that isn’t in this part of Attleboro.

I went inside to get change while I waited for my bf to pull up with the laundry and the two women who claim to be managers locked me in and would not let me leave because they thought I was using their quarter machine without doing laundry. Mind you I put 2 dollars into the machine- got two dollars in quarters and tried to open the door to see of my bf was walking up with the laundry. Threatened to call the police unless I gave them back the 2 dollars in quarters even though I literally had the laundry in my hand at this point

Called my grandmother at 10pm at night to not say anything when the phone was answered. Called back to try and figure out what was going on and the said they dialed the wrong number. Why couldn't you have just said that the first go around? Wake the whole house up. Idiots.

Employees target me everything I come in they use other customers to mess with me every time I come in there when I'm quiet, conduct my business and leave.

Not a bad laundromat staff are nice. My one complaint though is they should update their hours. I don’t like to give places a bad review, but I went in last night around 8. It says on Google they are open until 10. The lady told me last wash is at 7 and they close at 9. I was hoping it would be a place I could go to late if I needed to but I guess not.

Great prices, awesome industrial machines, and super friendly and helpful employees. I use this laundromat every week and I am always met with a warm smile and a "Hello Sir! How are you doing today?" which makes me feel welcomed. The employees always have quarters when I need them for the machines, and they will drop everything to help a customer out if asked. Only con I have is that there is no WIFI for the customers and that would be extremely beneficial because there is no service in the store at all. I have T-Mobile and my son's mother has AT&T...when we are at the laundromat we both struggle to get just one bar of service. We always have to go outside to use the phone for any reason which can be a real bummer especially when I go without her and have no one to talk to. Despite this little inconvenience, I am still giving Crossing Laundry a 5 star review!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
