I went to cvs to pick up my medicines now my dr.called them in.Now I'm like 3 hours later I still don't have meds when I got there they said I have to wait 15 more mins.the pharmacy people there are no friendly they had a line when I went there 1 cashier I worked Walgreen and we never had lines like cvs on no.main st attleboro.lisa who works in pharmacy carries smiles for them all just saying.Melissa and Brenda out front those 2 are a power team very happy and loved by us all .please do something to show them that tis the season and some of us that go pick up medicine are sick and don't want to have to wait 3 hours thank you ...

I made an appointment to get the Covid vaccine on Sunday November 10 at 3 pm at 191 North Main St in Attleboro. The appointment was for me, my husband and my daughter. I didn’t do much on this day in order not to miss the appointment. However I received a text on Sunday at 2:45pm canceling my husband and my daughter’s appointment. When I called the pharmacy they told me my husband and my daughter went to another store to get the vaccination what they didn’t realize is that they didn’t cancel mine, I made the appointment as a group. If they run into some inconvenience at the store why didn’t they call before and cancel all the appointments?
What they did was tell me a bunch of BS telling my husband and daughter
Went to another store to get the vaccine when I was a home with both waiting for 3pm to get the vaccination together as we usually do.
Please don’t make people waste their time if you don’t want to have appointments on weekends and don’t lie to customers when canceling the appointment. I really don’t like CVS but we are forced to use it as my insurance doesn’t cover WALGREENS.

I don't like the new CVS setup. They carry half of the shampoo than they used to. They don't seem to carry Suave any longer. I had to have the cashier unlock a cabinet so that I could purchase an item. Meanwhile customers approached the register that was unattended. I will be shopping at another store from now on. I was very disappointed.

Store is set up nicely Staff in store part always helpful.

Went in to deposit cash into my bank account with 100 dollar bills, they claimed the bills were counterfeit and would not process my transaction. They are older bills but clearly not fake as I didn’t have a problem at another cvs. It’s embarrassing with a line of people behind you thinking you’re trying to deposit counterfeit cash. Hopefully these employees can be retrained on spotting fakes

CVS is a great place to shop for basic household items, especially when I have a 20-30 or 40% off coupon on my CVS mobile APP. They send those regularly, about once a week and depending on shopping patterns some people get different discounts on their email and/or phone app. This store was very much similar to others I have been to before but it was on my drive back home, so I stopped in here for a quick run of paper goods. Nice friendly staff working the floor to get things replenished..and checking customers out on their registers.

Booked appts for COVID and pediatric COVID shots. We get there and they tell us they don't have the pediatric dose - which was the main reason we scheduled at this location. No call, no notice. Totally inconsiderate.Worse, we had to wait 15 mins past out appt time, and while doing so our whole party got bit multiple times by mosquitos - in the store. The pharmacy area had a bunch of them flying around. Gross.

The pharmacy staff are very helpful answering questions about my medications. The store staff are very kind and helpful in helping me find needed items. It is a pleasure to shop there.
