What a shame that I picked up my meds today and I heard the pharmacist and another employee making fun of people who use zepbound/ozempic for weight loss, not even quietly. Why are we judging people, especially in FRONT of other clients who can hear you loud and clear! Super lame.

Please please check your medication before you leave the store. My mom went to go take her medication and found a pill that did not match her normal medication in the bottom of the bottle and after looking it up come to find out it was a blood pressure medication. My mom is on Losartan and the random pill that we found in the bottle was Hydrochlorothiazide which is a medication she cannot take. Accident or not this is completely unacceptable and not safe whatsoever. what would happen if it was someone that had a hard time seeing and was allergic to it and not knowing took this medication thinking it was their normal medication. CVS seriously needs to do better.

The pharm technicians are always super pleasant and patient, even with a super long line of inpatient customers and no drive thru. Amazing work done efficiently but quickly. Every time I have an issue with a prescription, the pharmacy techs are able to figure out a solution.

More than 3 times i have visited there in morning time, Everytime I go there I see " Debbie" on customer service I say hello she got this bad look to me , i noticed next time like she is so nice and talking to white customers while I am on line and when it comes to me she's got a very bad attitude and i tried to say hi how are you ,? As I usually do, she didn't answer I repeated 3 times but unfortunately she never says anything like hi or thank you for colored people.
One time I was the first one on line so I waited for her to come to the register to check me out, I took a look she was organizing the shelf next to the register and she saw me waiting for her like 4 minutes and she didn't move to the register till the next person came to line, and the same bad look at her eyes to me with a very bad attitude for no reason but because " Debbie is racist"

Wish you could leave 0 stars. got a text that my perscription is ready but when i got there pharmacy was closed. then i walked around the store for about 10 minutes looking for an employee and called out but there were 0 employees in sight. absolutely shameful, and probably not the best practice since someone could have walked out with half your store and no one would have noticed ?

This CVS pharmacy is horrible! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They are EXTREMELY RUDE and if they have to help or assist you in anyway be prepared to be treated like you're wasting their precious time! The pharmacy area looked so dirty and unorganized. The carpet was filthy littered with trash. While I was waiting for my rx i was looking at some melatonin to get for my kids and a couple were expired caked with dust. I honestly haven’t taken my rx yet cause I’m so grossed out and not sure I trust it honestly.
