I strongly advise against using the services at this location, particularly if you own a high-end car. My experience was appalling for several reasons:
Excessive Delays: A routine oil change and installation of three new tires took nearly five hours. While I understand this was a Maserati, this type of service should never take that long. The amount of time spent was completely unreasonable and showed a lack of efficiency.
Property Damage: The three rims that were worked on were ruined during the process. The damage is clearly visible in the attached photos, and it’s beyond frustrating. The only rim that wasn’t touched is the only one that wasn’t damaged. It’s clear that the staff either lacked the proper expertise or care to handle my vehicle correctly.
Poor Planning & Communication: To make matters worse, I had to return for service on the second day because you were completely unprepared on day one. Despite giving you a week’s notice and providing all the necessary details, I was made to wait over two hours for work that should have been done the day before. Upon speaking with other customers, it became clear this is a consistent issue with this location—this level of unprofessionalism seems to be the norm here.
In short, this experience has been an utter disaster. My property was damaged, my time was wasted, and the service was abysmally poor. If you value your time and your vehicle, I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This location is an example of incompetence at its finest.

Car was in there for an over a week and never fixed charged me over 500.00 at guessing what was wrong. Then they said they couldn’t fix it. Had to take it to another garage. And the problem was fixed. So I was frustrated at the incompetence. One star only because it would not let me put zero stars.

Would much rather go to the seekonk location than the Attleboro location. Poor customer service, long wait times and poor communication. Would not recommend this location

Charlie you really screwed up on a woman's car! Not putting brake pads in at all and ruining her roters? That is disgraceful. You need to send your mechanics back to school and you need a lot of customer service training. You need to fix this issue with the best brake pads you carry and a new set of roters. SMDH. Very sad that big chains like your are always trying to cheat customers.

This place is one of those places that says they did something and never did it. I bought a car form Carvana and 2 days later had click in front end every time I stop or take off. The warranty Carvana offer is only through Firestone or speedee oil change. So you have a choice to bring your car to a tire place or an oil change place to have your car fixed if there’s an issue. They said we can’t hear or see any issues then charged me $25 to pick it up after silver rock warranty told me hour prior they pay all diagnostics even if parts not covered. The clicking never stopped and was heard leaving Firestone lot. Next month battery light came on dash over day period so I had to bring back to this joke of a care care facility. I was told they were short staffed and won’t get to car later, I got a call at 11am saying nothing wrong once again. This time I had my camera installed so I could legit see they did not check my charging system fully. They tested battery and that was it after I explained it squealed on start this morning , they never tested my alternator or anything further. If you are going here for Carvana warranty please do not. Go strait to Claudio’s Auto repair in Attleboro, they are over 30years experience and you will have to pay $350 deductible after repair but it is worth it to know your cars safe and sound and away from incompetent people like this.
**Update- it’s now 4 days later and I’m getting call from my warranty company, Firestone has not even submitted my diagnostic claim to them. I dropped my car off at my family mechanic next day and 2 hours after dropping off to real mechanics I was informed my alternator is cutting in and out. Not only that I was missing a lug nut on one of my rear tires that Firestone never informed me about after being in their passion 2 times in 30 days. They legit are just horrible at their job. Stay away from this facility to save your valuable time and your safety!!

This place sucks.
Had an 11am appointment to get 4 tires installed and an alignment. Asked how much longer at 1:45pm and was told another 45 mins to a hour because they haven’t finished the tires or started the alignment. I cancelled the alignment because I had somewhere to be. Then watched all the employees sit around smoking vapes for 30 mins before anyone even touched my car again to finish the tires

The mechanics/personnel at this Firestone went above and beyond to help me get my tire replaced same day. I have low pro tires on my vehicle and they are not easy to find apparently as I had been trying to find one for two days. I called this location and the gentleman I spoke to saw there was one (my lucky day!) but he went so far to physically check the inventory to be sure. I arrived shortly after confirming it was available, they took my information and got to work on my tire right away after explaining I was trying to get it done asap so I could get to work on time. The mechanics/front team are professional, efficient and kind. The manager (I presume) and I even had a funny chat about music as I commented I was "at the age" that I had no idea whom was performing on the show that was on. In a world of chaos it was just really nice to have a very human interactions with the wonderful staff at this Firestone. I will always bring my business here in the future. Cheers.

I have been taking my Lexus ES350, Audi Q5, Toyota Highlander, Ford F-15-0 and Ford Expedition to this location for years. I have been very happy with the service. They know I am a regular customer and I do feel like they are not taking advantage or recommending items that we don't need. I have sent many folks here and have not heard anything negative. Lastly, they love Dogs!!
