Lady was so rude wanted a rv leveler couldn’t find it in the isle asked her to help me find it but refused kept saying “if it’s not in the isle we don’t have it.” Fat washed up unskilled clown I’m never coming back.

I haven't had a bad experience at this store, but I docked it a star just for the parking lot. It's horrible, always a traffic nightmare and there really isn't much parking in front of the store. Trying to cross the main "road" in front of the store is taking your life in your own hands. The Brockton and Braintree locations are better in that regard. I wouldn't trust Harbor Freight merch for life-safety, i.e. jackstands (they had a recall in the past) or a safety harness, go with a reputable brand name for that stuff. This place shines for tools that you're going to use once a year or for a one-off job. My 5 year old Chicago saw is still alive and kicking and has seen plenty of use though, so you never know how it'll work out.
