“Chase Building Supply was great from start to finish. Drew was amazing to work with—he was super responsive, paid attention to detail, and always changed quotes quickly whenever I needed. His fast communication made the whole process easy and stress-free. After having disappointing experiences at other stores, I really appreciate the hard work and great service from Drew and the team. I highly recommend them if you want a reliable supplier and a great experience.”

“I went back to the CF location after visiting the Warwick and West Warwick locations because of Neils customer service and professionalism. He didn't ignore me when I went to look for a bathroom vanity. He took his time and was extremely helpful.”

“I recently purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowe's Store #1014 in North Attleboro, MA, and was quite pleased with the customer service I received from Associates George and Fernando in the Appliance Department. This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful. I recommend this store and these two associates, if you want a great buying experience. Thank you, George and Fernando at Store #1014!”

“I am satisfied with the job except for 2 items. One interior door won’t close with the new carpeting installed. I am unable to fit mats at my two breezeway doors so I can’t wipe my feet coming in from outside.”

“George is a retail business bonus. Lowes is definitely getting their money's worth. George knew what he was doing, genuine and he thanked me for my military service. I will look for him when I come in to put my money down on a riding mower.”

“The experience of purchasing an Echo grass trimmer was great and helpful. Learning about the features and setup was also appreciated. I was escorted to the self checkout whereby an associate graciously scanned the item for immediate purchase. I've been confidently shopping at the Mansfield location for nearly a decade of pleasant times. A new Yardmax was purchased online and 7 days later, pickup at the store was easy, no waiting, and the box was loaded onto the truck by a staff member.”

“This store really does have the best customer service team. ⭐ Every time I come here, I don't have to take 2 steps before a very friendly and knowledgeable employee is there to answer my questions. Apparently, they are also multi-talented...I was blown away by this freehand painted lion, which I found in a corner and was informed one of the team members painted.”
