Whoever is working at the moment at 2:49 pm 1/30/24, you got a rude attitude.I’m really sorry this job is so stressful for you.You’re taking so lightly into the microphone I can’t hear you, then you have the audacity to speak up so rudely like it’s my fault you can’t do your job or something as small as speaking into the microphone, lazy.

Love the iced mocha madness and they have cookies too. ? I feel they should put some kind of signs out front or in the windows though. It's hard to tell they're actually open. The donuts and coffee are great though and make sure you download the app. It's a bummer the app doesn't allow you to mobile order at this location and it seems only 2 in the area work with it. What the point of an app if it doesn't work with any of the stores.

Honey Dew in general is a 5 star establishment but at this particular location, the batistas do not know that a latte simply means milk and sugar is added. A latte does NOT mean it's coffee. I have a serious intolerance to coffee so I always order an chai tea later. Lady gave me coffee and argued with me that I ordered coffee when in fact I did not and showed my receipt.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese which was priced at 1.99 on the outside kiosk and when I went to the window, I was told that it was 2.99 plus tax. I told them the price was wrong and they refused to do anything. If prices change, they should be reflected across the board, not a surprise when you get to the window.

My favorite honey dew! I always go to this location now (every other day), especially early morning work trips. I know whenever I get Katy, Angelica or Charlie my coffee and meal will be made right! They always have such a great attitude and make my day! I usually get the same order so at times they have it ready for me. its a great feeling to have your go to place where they know you.

I waited a week still mad. I left a message on corporate voicemail no return phone call I tried calling other stores. They were unable to help me as they are individual franchises, and the other stores that I called were not the same owner as this one. I spoke to the manager the day this happened and have spoken to her on other occasions when service wasn't great and she tries her best but she's one person so again a week later and I'm still mad. I guess it's time for a review of this honeydew donuts - 489 Washington St. S., Attleboro, MA don't go here unless you want really horrible service from extremely rude people.I've gone here several times and majority of the time drink is OK. Service is OK. Don't have much to complain about but on a couple of occasions, I've gotten a drink that had curdled cream in it where I didn't notice until I got on the highway and had driven away, call the store, and was simply told turn around come back. another day will rectify it , obviously I wasn't going to do that. I also got service a couple of times from someone that was really rude I guess having a bad day we all have bad days you try to shut that off but on this particular day, Thursday, April 6, 2023, The rudeness was above and beyond anything I've ever witnessed in my life, I ordered my drink at the drive-through speaker and then I was ordering a bagel. The bagel that I ordered they didn't have in stock so I ordered a different flavor. They couldn't hear me at the speaker so I pulled up to the window I ordered it at the window And I asked for the cream cheese to be put on the bagel since I was driving and wanted to eat it in my car. When the girl came back to the window I opened the bag and noticed the cream cheese was in the bag not on the bagel so I had mentioned to the girl I'm sorry perhaps you didn't Hear, but I had asked if the cream cheese could be put on the bagel as I'm driving she said sure and took the bag away from me. I thought everything was fine but then she proceeded to walk away from the window walk over to where the bagel toasting station was and THROW my bag with the bagel in it across the area I couldn't hear what she was saying, but I could see that her face was angry. She was talking to the other worker that was inside she was stomping around takes my bagel out of the bag puts the cream cheese on it, wraps it up, throws it back in the bag comes back to the window, and then puts a fake smile on her face and says here you go. Have a nice day ! Now, none of this was my fault. She didn't hear that. I said put the cream cheese on it but when I witnessed the anger that she displayed while throwing my bag with the bagel inside across the counter, I was in shock- I've had enough of this location and they're rude workers. I asked her for the manager who I knew was inside, but not behind the counter at the time, she told me to move my car while she got her I refused, and then the manager came to the window and I explained to her what just happened what I witnessed and told her to check the cameras because while she was doing all this she was indeed under a camera the entire time The manager apologized profusely asked what she could do. I said nothing. I told her as she knew, and she did agree with me that she knows these things have happened. She knows who I am because I'm a regular customer usually earlier in the morning she apologized over and over and then I left the store And then proceeded to call the corporate office left a message in their general mailbox. I haven't gotten a call back I don't expect to get a call back. I don't know who owns this particular location but the behavior of this employee is completely disgusting. I don't know if the manager checked the cameras I don't know, if she's capable of checking the cameras, I'm pretty sure she believes that this is what happened because I'm pretty sure she knows her staff but the fact that this is the kind of staff

Food was absolutely awful. Over cooked, microwaved rubbery mess. Threw the sandwich and potatoes away. First time at this location and definitely would not go back.
