“I guess I’d give it 3.5 stars rather than 4 if I could, but—

It’s definitely not the Waldorf Astoria. :) And I feel like the couple room pics in their main entry here look more attractive than my room, haha. The place is older and the room has its scars, but nothing overtly dirty or unwashed, and the young woman who checked me in was friendly and told me that they’re available 24/7 if I need anything. As I type this, I see housekeeping outside starting to get into a neighboring room.

The freezer in the mini fridge is hilariously unusable from the glacier’s worth of ice buildup, so it wouldn’t hurt if they’d defrost that sometime ?”

“Big Room with a King size bed and a loveseat that had a pull out sleeper. Loved the walk in shower. Free breakfast, buffet style. Service was great and everyone was helpful, and friendly. It was quiet. We opted out of housekeeping, but in the a.m. we would give them our dirty towels in exchange for clean ones. Our only issue was the mattress, we found it very uncomfortable, but we are accustomed to our top of the line bed at home so it's probably just us and not the bed. ? If you're in this area I would definitely recommend you stay here.”

“I don't know MASS well enough to comment on location because everywhere we went seemed to involve a highway and was about 15 minutes away.Front desk staff are wonderful.”

“The receptionist was very helpful explaining all of the amenities including the outdoor fire pit, gym, pool, and what time breakfast is served. Landscaping was also very well maintained.”

“Absolutely loved this stylish, modern hotel in the heart of downtown Providence! We only stayed one night, but it was a memorable one. Valet parking is $40/night, though there’s nearby garage parking if you want a cheaper option.

The hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, we couldn’t check out the rooftop because of a private event, but the lobby bar more than made up for it—the cocktails were top-notch! Another fun feature: there’s a pool table and gaming room to keep you entertained.

Just a heads-up: the room is an open layout, so there’s no door between the glass shower/sink area (only the toilet has a door). That said, the room was spotless, the lighting was ideal for makeup, and the shower had excellent pressure, plus Drybar products, which was a cute touch.

All in all, we’d definitely stay here again—hoping next time to catch those rooftop views!”

“I received a text right after check in asking how everything was with the room. That is the first time that has ever happened after I’ve checked into any hotel, I was pleasantly surprised?”

“Great, very helpful staff. Breakfast is disappointing for vegetarians. It has a small swimming pool, just long enough to get a few laps in. Plenty of parking. Try to get a room away from the highway, as the constant drone of 495 makes it difficult to sleep. Rooms are clean and have a small kitchenette, which is very useful. Nothing is walkable from there. Even though the target and stop & shop were less than a mile away, one has to drive.Overall a pleasant stay.”

“Room is clean. Staff is helpful and friendly- very approachable. Our room 417 was spacious and although it just looked out onto a rooftop it was fine. We had drinks a Fleur which was hopping all evening. Elevators are fast. Parking in garage next door for $20 a day.”

“I’ve stayed at The Graduate a few times now, and I always have a great experience! The rooms are spacious and clean, especially the suites, and I love the decor. The lobby is stunning. They’ve blended classic and modern, and I love all of the nods to Providence’s history. Plus, the beds are extremely comfortable. The hotel is walkable to many downtown restaurants, bars, and activities, including the Providence Place Mall, the AMP, and Federal Hill. It’s really the perfect location! The on-site bar is also great. I always look forward to weekend getaways here! There isn’t much information about parking online, and I like knowing this ahead of time, so this is how it works (as of 3/28/24):There is a parking garage behind the hotel called the Biltmore Garage. When arriving at the hotel, drive into the garage and either insert your credit card or take a ticket to enter. When checking in, you’ll receive a pass that will allow you to enter and exit the garage for the duration of your stay. The parking will be billed to the room. At the time of my trip, it was $33/night for parking. The parking garage is very close to the hotel. It looks like there is a walking bridge but it was closed when we were there. Overall, for parking in a city, it is not a bad setup.”

“Decent hotel if you're just looking to spend a night. Conveniently located around a variety of retail establishments and restaurants. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel. Room was quite comfortable and spacious.”

“Spent a whole summer there in 2007. having the best memories still and I think back to those times with pleasure.

The staff at that time was super and three months went by like nothing. Haven’t been there ever since so don’t know about today…

Rooms: Always nice and clean. Had a suite and loads of space

Safety: Nothing to complain about

Walkability: Was working at the EMC headquarters just a mile away.”

“First it’s a boutique hotel so it’s going to be quirky. Room was small but I expected that. No drawers to put my clothes but the decor was different and interesting. Close to everything and the staff is amazing. Check out the speak easy and the karaoke bar.”

“We've stayed in this location a few times. The location is amazing, you can walk anywhere you want/need, but it is set back so it feels private. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are updated and well kept. I LOVE the beds personally, they're a bit more plush. Parking seems limited and you do have to pay for it, but we haven't experienced any issues with it.

Safety: It is near the park and bus station.

Walkability: Providence is very walkable and this is very well located.”

“This hotel is with in walking distance to the convention center. Starbucks is on the way as well. Parking is tricky and it was so much easier to park in the lot across the street. Bummed the rooms didn't have microwaves or mini fridges but the rooms were clean, towels were stocked and house keeping was amazing.”
