“Streaming tv, clean room, comfy bed and good breakfast. Only thing that would have made my stay a little better would have been a microwave in room. The pool was very nice.”
“I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mansfield for a short time, and the biggest thing that stood out to me was the staff. Every single person I dealt with at the front desk and even maintenance was genuinely kind and easy to talk to. Not in a fake customer service way either. It felt real. I wish I remembered everyone’s name because they all deserve credit. I do remember Harley, Alyssa, and Brittany, but there were more I am blanking on. I will update this if I find my list.
I had a couple minor issues while I was there, and every time they were handled quickly and professionally without any hassle. That alone goes a long way.
I was also there during a pretty weird in between time in my life and dealing with an injury, so I was not exactly having a smooth week. The way the staff treated me actually made a difference, which is not something I usually say about a hotel.
The rooms are what you would expect. Clean, comfortable, nothing to complain about. But the important part is if something does come up, they are easy to talk to and actually willing to help.
Location is solid too. You have Aroma Joe’s right in the parking lot, plus a nail salon and a liquor store, all within walking distance. If you are on a higher floor, you can see the highway, which is kind of cool in its own way.
There is also a bartender named Steve, pretty sure that was his name. Plays keys, good sense of humor, just a solid guy to have behind the bar.
Overall, this place is worth it because of the people. That is really what stuck with me.”
“I love this hotel sooo much , especially providence but I would like to see the game room updated I want the Fortnite to be added onto their and asphalt legends I asked the front desk if they can add them they don’t have the pin and management will have to do it I was totally sad about it since I’m stuck here in the storm ( snow storm ) I would like to pass the time with the amenities but I guess I’ll have to go back to my room ): and by the review gets posted and I come back to this hotel I would like to see an update in this room , and atleast the front desk be aware if they can add the game or now even though it’s already in the library and just needs to be reinstalled but thank you for reading this I leave tmw afternoon soooo if it gets fixed by then great but if not I’ll be expecting something and I’ll change my stars if anything too”
“An unforgettable stay — thanks to the most extraordinary staff I’ve ever met.
From the moment I walked into this hotel, I knew I was in good hands. The entire property was spotless: clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for with pride. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for my daughter’s graduation, which was already such an emotional milestone for me. But what made this stay exceptional, what made it memorable, was the people.
I cannot say enough about the team here. They didn’t just do their jobs — they cared. They talked to me, supported me, and celebrated with me. They made me feel like family.
• Xavier — Warm, attentive, helpful, willing to go above and beyond, and genuinely kind. He made every interaction feel personal.
• Cyrus — Thoughtful, patient, and always ready to help.
• Liss — Absolutely wonderful. Friendly, uplifting, and so helpful and kind.
These three were so incredible that I honestly feel like I’d be friends with them if I could. They congratulated me on my daughter’s graduation, checked in on me, and made sure I had everything I needed at every step.
And it didn’t stop there.
• The breakfast attendant prepared food with such care and kindness that mornings felt comforting and welcoming.
• The housekeeper kept everything immaculate and was just as friendly and helpful as the rest of the team.
Every single person I encountered treated me with courtesy, warmth, and genuine humanity. They didn’t just provide service — they provided care. They helped me immensely during a meaningful moment in my life, and I will never forget that.
If you’re looking for a hotel that’s clean, well‑located, and comfortable, you’ll find that here. But if you’re looking for a place where the staff treats you like you matter — where kindness is the standard and hospitality feels heartfelt — this is the place.
I cannot recommend it highly enough. I left feeling grateful, supported, and deeply impressed.”

“Just had a lovely stay at the Proctor Mansion Inn. The innkeeper, Dari, was friendly, welcoming & made a mean breakfast. My room was terrific: comfortable bed, awesome jetted bathtub & fast WiFi (the homemade cookies were a nice touch!). I loved the location & enjoyed walking around the cute downtown area. I highly recommend!”
“This hotel is fantastic. It has a bar, a great gym, an indoor heated pool, and is very modern. It’s the same building as SpringHill which is a little awkward but I’ve stayed here twice.”

“I attended a conference at the hotel and genuinely enjoyed my stay. The customer service is EXCELLENT! I was pleasantly and consistently impressed by the staff and their responsiveness - from the front desk to the cleaning crew - everyone was professional, hospitable, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was reasonable and well worth it. Next time I am in Rhode Island, I will stay at this Omni. I appreciate you all!”
“The hotel was truly breathtaking!
The reception when I walked in was commendable and set the tone for a phenomenal stay. They gratefully acknowledged me as a valued customer, complemented by a thoughtful gift bag. The room was fabulous, boasting a stunning view of the harbor. I visited the bar and savored a delicious drink. Although breakfast was not included, it was nothing short of amazing. You could have included the breakfast, but I wasn't sure if I would be hungry. The server was an absolute delight. They had continental breakfast, buffet... all delicious. The bartender was amazing, got to love Italians. He was from Sicily and he was so pleasant! Made my day! Should I say night... he was cheerful, friendly and deserving of a promotion!!”
“Spent a whole summer there in 2007. having the best memories still and I think back to those times with pleasure.
The staff at that time was super and three months went by like nothing. Haven’t been there ever since so don’t know about today…
Rooms: Always nice and clean. Had a suite and loads of space
Safety: Nothing to complain about
Walkability: Was working at the EMC headquarters just a mile away.”
“Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The only major flaw is the parking and the fact that they have valet, which is insane to me. So just understand you’ll be parking yourself and logging your luggage to and from the hotel. Other than that, they’re great.”
“THANK YOU for allowing cats!!!
I can't thank Neptune enough for welcoming my cats. When we discovered mold in our apartment due to our landlord's negligence, we suddenly needed a place to stay, and that meant finding somewhere for the whole family, cats included, or we'd have been out on the street.
Unfortunately, only one other hotel in Boston allows cats, and it was fully booked. We called every hotel in town for over two hours before finally learning that Neptune (1.5 hour drive) welcomes cats for a small fee. We happily paid it.
The room was clean, no fleas, no bed bugs - and genuinely kid-friendly too. We felt included for choosing cats. Leaving our cat behind at the moldy apartment wasn't a real option for us; it would have meant putting her health and safety at serious risk. Neptune’s willingness to treat all members of our family — two-legged and four-legged — with the same respect made all the difference during a really stressful time.
To hotels that turn pet owners away: a little more flexibility goes a long way for families in a bind. Thank you, Neptune, for treating us like people, not liabilities.”

“The staff were great. As soon as we checked in they were very courteous and gave us great advice for the area. Gave us a late check-out because of my daughter's cheerleader schedule. Room looked brand new. Very clean. We will book this property again.”

“This hotel is with in walking distance to the convention center. Starbucks is on the way as well. Parking is tricky and it was so much easier to park in the lot across the street. Bummed the rooms didn't have microwaves or mini fridges but the rooms were clean, towels were stocked and house keeping was amazing.”
“I guess I’d give it 3.5 stars rather than 4 if I could, but—
It’s definitely not the Waldorf Astoria. :) And I feel like the couple room pics in their main entry here look more attractive than my room, haha. The place is older and the room has its scars, but nothing overtly dirty or unwashed, and the young woman who checked me in was friendly and told me that they’re available 24/7 if I need anything. As I type this, I see housekeeping outside starting to get into a neighboring room.
The freezer in the mini fridge is hilariously unusable from the glacier’s worth of ice buildup, so it wouldn’t hurt if they’d defrost that sometime ?”
