I’ve been seeing Chloe for over a year now. I have hair trauma from a couple bad experiences at hair salons and came in with a HUGE fear of change. Over the last year we have done so many different things to my hair to get where I am today and I trusted her the whole way. I always look forward to sitting in her chair because I know I’ll get the best service as well as some great chatting. She very easy to talk to and I’ve always felt comfortable. I also don’t have the easiest maintenance to do with all the color in my hair. She is very consistent and I’ve loved my hair every time !

I was recommended by a friend to come here and book with Chloe. The salon actually called me a couple hours before my original appointment and let me come in early. I came in not knowing what I wanted to do and Chloe was so patient and helpful when trying to pick what color I wanted. My hair turned out amazing and I had a great experience. Everyone was so kind and I have already booked my next appointment!!

Only went there a few times. I didn't like the way my hair looked when I left. I had high hopes after reading all the reviews. The first stylist was okay, not great, but she left before my next appointment. The next stylist didn't impress me. Moving on.

I was there for the 1st time getting my hair done Because I heard good reviews about this place. I asked the technician Teresa that I wanted highlights on my hair she mentioned it can be done even though I was growing out a semi-permanent dye put in a while ago. Nevertheless, she's the professional so I let her do my hair. Needless to say I walked out of there with different color partially in my hair, upset and $150 out of pocket. I realize that my different color shades was worse in the light so I called back to see if she can fix it since that was not what I originally asked for. She said ok and will not charge me, so we booked the appt for a Saturday I called on Friday to confirm at 2:35pm and was told we were still on for 10am and again she will not charge me the visit.I come in Saturday and Theresa comes up to me and my mother and says I can't take you the appt. was for 8:30am.....we were like what seriously I am being punked. She booked herself and now was acting as if she told us one time ?...we confirmed the day before. Honestly was I speaking to her twin sister. I demanded to get my refund and I did. Extremely Unprofessional will never go there again and will let anyone I know about the way the things were handle.Service: Highlights

I've been going here for 25 years. All of the hair stylists are friendly & professional. Everyone walks out pleased with their hair. I would never anywhere else. If you haven't check this salon out, you are missing out!
