A huge THANK YOU to Lambco appliance for our new stainless steel refrigerator. After searching multiple places, we decided to go with Lambco for a few reasons. 1. From the moment we met Michael, he listened to our concerns and was very professional and knowledgeable. 2. We are huge on supporting small businesses. 3. The price was right.
Today Ralph & Mitch from the delivery team arrived on time and we can’t say enough about how good they are at their job. These guys removed and replaced two huge 28 cubic feet refrigerators like it was a piece of cake. They were very careful and with everything it entails making sure NOTHING got damaged.
If you’re looking for a new appliance located in the Attleboro MA and surrounding areas, look no further than LAMBCO!!!

My mother's old dryer needed a switch. Everywhere I called wanted to refer me to a tech and have someone come out. I spoke to Mike over at lambco not only did he not try to upsell me or have a "tech come check it out" he was able to have that part in my hand same day 2 hours from when speaking to him on the phone. Showed up with the old part matched it up to confirm it was the right one with the right part number and I was on my way. Great customer service and it seems like an all around great place. When I walked in I was greeted immediately no standing around. Got an issue go speak to Mike over at lambco or any of the great staff they'll set you up right. Thanks again guys!

I love Lambco Appliance again! In 2021, I left a poor review after a salesman repeatedly lied to me about the availability and expected delivery date for a fully paid new refrigerator. After 5 months, I finally canceled the order and demanded a refund. Fast forward to 2022... I'm very happy to say that I had a MUCH BETTER experience with a different Lambco salesman this year!!! My old refrigerator was failing rapidly, and I shopped for a new one at numerous places, including Lambco's. It was Michael at Lambco's who found the perfect refrigerator for me at the most reasonable price, and he ensured delivery on a definite date. I love my new refrigerator, and this experience restored my belief in Lambco Appliance as a great local company. Thanks again to Michael! The delivery crew was awesome, too!

Our fridge did a rapid demise yesterday. Went out in search of a replacement to one of the big box stores last evening because Lambco, our go to store in the past was closed for the day. Found a fridge that we wanted and was told it would be delivered on October 7th!!! WTH! Didn't order it, went to Lambco at 9 am thisorning. Met Mike who was very obliging and in 15 minutes our fridge was ordered and will be here in Monday! Love the mom and pop stores that are still in business.

Walked in this morning two sales reps barely acknowledged us.Never asked if we needed help.Looked like they didn’t want to be there.Wanted to give business to a local family owned operation but was not feeling welcome at all.Maybe Lowes will treat us betterVery disappointing.

We recently did a renovation of our kitchen and bathroom. We were in need of a new dishwasher, garbage disposal and over the stove microwave. Our visit to Lambco and help from Mike was nothing short of fantastic. He guided us thru options available, we decided on the units needed. It's now 45 days later and we couldn't be happier with our decisions. You will not be disappointed with Lambco for your electronic needs. Lastly, the delivery was on time for the day approved and the two delivery men were outstanding! Careful with my items and put them exactly where I requested!!

My wife and I purchased an appliance package including refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and over the range microwave on 8/28/21 at the Attleboro store. Mike, our sales representative, guided us in our selections and offered great advise. Our delivery date was 9/3/21. The entire process of delivery, removal & takeaway of old appliances, and final installation went smoothly. I used a plumber & electrician, who Mike recommended, for the installation. Everyone involved was professional & courteous and knew what they were doing. Thank you Lambco.Note: My review is not fake. It's an accurate description of our experience.

Pre-pandemic, Lambco had a decent selection and as always it is good to support local businesses. I purchased 4 kitchen appliances for my new home. My mistake was to purchase the extended warranty that cost $600. When TWO of my Kitchen aid appliances that were less than 1 1/2 years old stopped working the same week,I had to reach out for repair. I had to place 4 phone calls to get a repair date on the second appliance I called on. Twice they said the info was being routed and when I did not hear from anyone, I was forced to followup only to find out that nothing had been done with my request for service. The hold times are ridiculous and the people on the phone have a difficult time understanding the English language.When I called Lambco to tell them of my experience, John could not have been anymore dismissive of my legitimate complaints. I honestly think once the sale is done on their end they really don't show any concern for the customer. I will be in no rush to shop locally with them again. I also suggest to anyone, there are quite a few warranty companies on line that offer great coverage and chances are they will run their operation a whole lot better than New Leaf Service Pro

Terrible Experience dealing with the owner John Lambco. He’s a slippery used appliance salesman who is morally and ethically bankrupt. If you need cheap appliances, go anywhere else because John and his companies are miserable to deal with. He defrauded me an quote on quote told me “to choke on a french fry” All of the positive reviews are most likely FAKE. He had 1 star overall rating just a few months ago.
