I prefer this Laundromat max because they have lots of machines, always have the large washing machine available (ie working) plenty of dryers!The one nearer to our house near route 1 is smaller and the larger machines are either reserved or with a maintenance repair sticker on it. Which is understandable as they are very busy! You also don't need to be buzzed into their bathroom like the other one mentioned either. You pay a little.more for the machines but it's just worth it over all. The staff are friendly and willing to help if you need it. Very clean and never have issues.

I use to come to this laundromat all the time now I only go when I absolutely have no where else I can go. This place finally got a remodel but to be expected sometimes there are issues with the machines. I had an issue with one of the big washer machines told the worker she had to reimburse me for the machine draining incorrectly and all my detergent cleaning products going to waste. Than I said to the employee you need to put an" out of service" note on the machine were she just looked at me like I had 5heads and did nothing!! To were you can see clearly in the picture she would rather talk and louge about than attend to any of the landrymat needs. Every time I come here it's always something whether it's the workers telling you 2 hrs before they close when they close and you have to hurry up. Or just really sketchy things going on that you'd rather just leave than risk your safety at night. Really ever do reviews but this one is along time coming..!! And will see if management even responds back or tries to reach out cause that's always such a mission to try and get someone from the management end .

Horrible policies. Left my clothes there for a day and they ended up in the recycling bin. Even with Army clothing in there.. Thank you so much for y'all's "hard work". ?

Drop off service is good ,I have only had one complaint were my clothes were just "thrown together" that was a couple years ago,today the service is exceptionally good,pride and care from what I've seen go into every customer.Staff and management are great and personal have come along way in the 10 years I have been coming here .I highly recommend this laundrymat for the convince and the prices, including free dry

the staff is very nice, very welcoming and helpful. unfortunately i won't be going back. the last two times i did my clothes there everything came out mildewy smelling. i had to go to a different place and wash everything with vinegar and then wash it through again. the machines need to be cleaned there!

This use to be my old store from 15 years ago. Place looks great. Merchandising is presented very well and the place is clean.I came here for the Free dry since you south attleboro store is being remodeled.

Sam & Lexi are the best.Ever since Sam started managing this place it’s been so clean, well ran & she’s always helpful when I walk in.I used to hate coming to this laundry mat because it was so dirty but I noticed when sam started working here things really have turned around.Also, the most inexpensive place around here to do your laundry/free dry.I drive here from Mansfield & now it’s not torture coming here because it’s so clean and the employees are so helpful and friendly!

Service taking in my laundry on 8/8/2023. Was some what seem less. We answered no to one question and that was bleach because it irritates my skin. We were promised a call back when I laundry was done no call back happened. When we did go pick up a Laundry, we had to return because the person who gave us a Laundry forgot that they place things on hangers and did not give it to us.We put most of our laundry away and it was fine. I missed a bag to put away. It was a small bag that had sheets and a couple of T-shirts and shirts and towels shoved into it when I opened it three of the shirts were damaged with dye from something else three of the towels that were blue and white were damage with die from something else . Upon calling the laundromat, the attendant told me she did remember us, and we told her that we didn't want bleach, and that she didn't have to separate the lights from the darks. That was never part of our conversation. When I ask what she would do about the damage clothing ? She stated that she did not bother to tell us about however, she took it upon herself to rewash it re-dry it so the stains are now set in, and no one can get them out. She said that the manage will be in a week from Thursday and I should call them. This is not helping out your customer or customer satisfaction. I can't believe that someone would be so haphazard with somebody else is laundry that I am paying you money for to do my laundry and you turn around and blame me the customer for the Damage, outrageous would never recommend this place for you to go to do your laundry with again!
