We had the best experience working with Maynard Construction. We did a large transformation on our first floor knocking down a wall and also creating a new master bedroom over our garage. From beginning to end they were thorough, professional, respectful and quickly became a part of our family. You can truly tell that they love what they do! Jesse, Taylor & Ethan were a dynamite trio that had all aspects of the job covered from helping create our vision pre-construction to making it come to life. They communicated every detail and made sure we were continually satisfied throughout the process. They had great relationships with their sub-contractors which made the job run smoothly. They consolidated all their materials at the end of each day leaving our house clean and organized. We could not have asked for a better team and outcome for our project. We are forever grateful for their hard work and passion for what they do! We already have another job in the works with them for next year!

We hired Maynard Construction to finish our basement. Their work is top notch. Like every construction job unforeseen things will pop up. Jesse was great with coming up with solutions to keep the project moving forward. Greg the foreman on site and his crew were excellent, they were a pleasure to work with. Probably the neatest contractor I've ever seen, at the end of the day you wouldn't know they were there. We would hire them again without any hesitation for our next project.

My husband and I needed to replace our deck. We decided to have it screened in so that we could get more use of it. We contacted Maynard Construction. Jesse came over and spoke to my husband about what we wanted, came up with a plan, that exceeded our expectations. Jesse's crew was reliable, professional and just great guys! They never left without cleaning up. We are thrilled with the outcome and are enjoying our new room! We would recommend Maynard Sconstruction without any hesitation! Dave and Gail Whitty

After receiving 7 estimates (yes, 7) for a major master bathroom remodel, we hired Jesse Maynard. His estimate was not the lowest but was very competitive and fair. I could tell when I first met him that he was honest, forthright and would have our best interests at heart. Needless to say, he did not disappoint. His team led by Chris were so thoughtful and professional. Truly masters at what they do. They worked very hard to ensure that we were happy with every detail. I'm thrilled to say that we most definitely are!! We love our new bathroom!! If I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have gone through the time and agony of getting so many estimates. I would've just called Maynard Construction with confidence that we're in the best hands!!

These guys are horrible singers, but they do beautiful work. Jesse at Maynard Construction managed our basement remodeling job. He quoted both price and timing very competitively and communicated extremely well throughout the entire process. His whole crew, led by Greg, was efficient, clean, friendly, and respectful. They were also flexible with requests and worked with us on any changes that came up. When there were issues to be resolved, they handled them quickly and without question. Beyond that, we love the finished product! In short, if you want good singers, look elsewhere. If you want a job done right, call these guys.

We did a major bathroom remodel. They went above and beyond with great customer service, and did a first class job. They are at the top of our short list for our kitchen renovation.
