I found this location to be the best one I have gone to for service. Took clients car for spring spruce up I believe it's called. It was an older car owned by senior. They were very good. Even Found another discount for my senior to save them some money. I found them fast and efficient they get things done exactly when they said they were going to. I would recommend this location to other's.

The absolute worst company to work with. I called at about 1pm to ask if they could do an inspection same day on my car, they said yes bring it in. I dropped it off and they said they would call when it was ready. I never got a callback and when I called they were closed. They called the next day at 10am and said it failed and it would be ready to pick up at 2pm! They werent doing any work on it so Im not sure why it would take them 4 hours to give me my car back. I called corporate to file a complaint upset that they held my car overnight without my permission and never communicated that it would not be done same day. I did not have my car to go to work today due to their lies and lack of communication. When I called corporate to file a complaint the ** acted like he could care less that it happened and just kept repeating it failed. I told him I know it failed, that is not my concern. My concern is that they never gave my car back same day or told me that they were not able to complete it and did not give me an option to take my car back so I could go to work. The ** after being extremely rude and disrespectful, stating what do you want me to do about it? He the **** UP on me! This is not the first time I have had issues with them. I bought tires from them before that ever since buying them leaked and they refused to help. My sister had got her car inspected before and they never checked her breaks and passed it with bad breaks! When I took the breaks out same day to replace them they fell apart in my hand. How they passed it was unreal and unsafe! Do NOT bring your car here! I know I will never take any car here again and will ensure everyone I know does the same! I would give them negative stars if it was possible. For it being a pandemic and I needed to work today and thanks to them I had to take a day out of work because they didnt have the courtesy to call me and tell me they couldnt get to my car and just keeping it without my permission is unreal!

Went in for an alignment (my regular mechanic does not do alignments). They called an hour later to tell me I needed brakes and new struts. I cancelled the service and brought it to my mechanic. The car did not need either repair. BEWARE- This place tries to scam you into repairs you dont need. I have reported them to the **.

I called right at 4 which is when they normally stop doing inspections but Phil was nice enough to say get here quick and he'd help me out. Not the normal experience in a good way - these guys were quick and professional. Additionally everyone was following the correct protocols and had extra gloves to do my inspection.

I typically don't do this....but I feel the need to.If you want some POS named Phil to respond with "well what do you want me to do about it??!!" after voicing your frustrations about the no phone calls when they keep your car overnight because they overbook appts, the parking ticket you have to pay for when you leave your car there, the side swipe on your car but they can't do anything because there's no camera and the multiple times you bring your car in for a check engine light that comes back on the next day or a few days later.......then this is the place for you. My check engine light came back on a few days after it was in for service. I called on Friday and someone told me to bring it in on Tuesday so their "check engine light guy" ,who apparently only works on Tuesdays, can take a look at it while I wait. He specifically asked me if I could wait around because I expressed that I can not leave my car there the whole day again. (What working mom can??!!)I simply called today to confirm and to see what the wait time was and the response I got was outright just rude and unprofessional. Even my son said he was rude and he's 10 yrs old!!!!I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I'd rather pay the $300/hr labor cost that Phil mentioned if I take it elsewhere than to have someone speak to me this way. If you don't like your job that much I think it's time you leave. You don't need to speak to customers this way.

I have reached out to these guys on two separate occasions. The first was regarding a muffler issue that I had. I originally spoke with Phil who explained my issue and went through the process of what they would do and how they would remedy my issue. The second time was regarding an issue with my tire pressure sensor. Again, the crew took the time to explain the issue to me and resolved it in record time. I am grateful to these guys. It's nice to walk into a place and be spoken to in a respectful and patient tone. It makes all the difference in how I will proceed with all future auto needs. Thanks guys!

I called to set an appointment for an oil change with New England Tire in Attleboro. They asked if I can drop it off the next day. I said sure. I've dropped it off many times before and it's always been ready within 2-3 hours. I decided to call after I haven't heard from them in 6-1/2 hours thinking I missed the call.. Phil said its not done yet and would get it done soon. 3 hours later still no call! I called again and spoke to Phil. I mentioned they have had my car for almost 10 hours! He said they have many oil change to do and since I didn't have an appointment..... I said I called to make an appointment yesterday and was asked to drop it off the next day. Instead of apologizing, he suggested to take my car. I have been their customer for over 10 years and sent many business over with many friends and families. I rushed over, took my key and told him to take me out of the system. He said not a problem! I know he's one of the managers! So unprofessional! He doesn't belong to be in customer base business! I will make sure to never do business with them and let everyone know the kind of treatment you might receive over an oil change!!!

I just recently brought my car here for the first time, as my usual garage has closed. Very satisfied with the staff and the work, they came in lower than the original estimate and didn't try to sell me on things that didn't need to be done and could wait. Convenient location and also got my car's state inspection done.

When you're in the waiting room, and the guy comes out to tell you how much it'll cost to fix your car, just don't express your frustration about the situation by saying a couple basic swear words... trust me it'll spare you a lecture that one grown man doesn't have to give another grown man! We're both men here, nothing wrong with a couple swears there cupcake!

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any repair shop on so many levels. From customer service, to dropping my car off for nearly a week to have no repairs done. I don't know where to begin. I dropped my car off on 11/12 at 9am. I made an appointment 2 days prior - Monday and decided to wait for this appointment because of the past reviews. So I waited until 2pm Wednesday and after hearing no update I called. I was told that they didn't get a chance to look at my car yet, because I brought it late. First off, I was told Wednesday morning, if it needed to be there at 7, it would've been there at 7. So Iater that day at around 3:30 I was told they needed more time. That was fine. Thursday morning comes they tell me that I have a faulty valve in my fuel pump, the cost, and we agree on the price. (I've attached the entire dialogue). For the record this entire time the mechanic shop is texting me, not calling with updates, which I thought was very unprofessional. To me at this point the problem has been confirmed. I am moving 11/15 so this repair to my car is essential. Friday comes, nothing, no call. I call at around 2, they tell me that the car is still being worked on and to call back at 4:30. I call at 4:30 the receptionist tells me the car is in the shop and is going to be finished for me Monday morning. Monday comes (Day 6 without a car) and nothing, I wait until 10:30 to call. I am informed that they will not be replacing the fuel pump and do not believe that is the issue. I ask the guy well do you have any other idea what the issue is, you told me this is what it was. We agree to let him trouble shoot the rest of the day. Which I guarantee my car was sitting the entire time as you have to remove the backseats and floor panel to access the fuel pump. I hear nothing. I call at 4 to not risk another day of my time being wasted with these jack asses and ask if he's had any luck, nothing he says, the cars ready to be picked up. I go to pick up my car and the guy tells me that when the tech went to service my car this morning the car started right up - the issue with my car was it's taking awhile to crank, however this issue is on and off. So the car started right up leading them to not switch out the fuel pump, after telling me there's a faulty check valve, so this entire time not only was I was being lied to about the timeline of my repair, but they held my car for 6 days in their lot and didn't do anything. When I got my keys I started my car to the long crank, the same guy happened to be walking outside and didn't even look over just kept walking. This shop is a joke. Although I was charged nothing, my time was wasted, which in this situation was very valuable. The closing of my house is this week leaving me in a s*** situation. Not once in this entire timeline did the shop ever call me with an update. One of a kind experience. Learn from my mistake pe I do not recommend this shop and I would hope you would read this honest review and choose another shop as well. _________________ UPDATE: The owner messaged me telling me my review was in accurate and an attempt to sabotage? From the owner: "I never lied about any timeline and thank you for adding our text conversation it just confirms that I treated you fairly and communicated with you along the process in addition proves why I said we were working on it (replacing the pump) and why I did not. Your review is inaccurate an an obvious attempt to sabotage. In your future reviews you may want to keep them shorter more to the point and be honest instead of sounding like a child stamping his feet because things did not go the way he wanted, just a suggestion. Hope it helps. On a side note, no hard feelings I do appreciate customers (not sure if money needs to be exchanged to be considered a customer but anyway) taking the time to leave reviews. I don't live locally but needed a place to get a car checked out for a private sale. These guys had great reviews so I gave them a call. They worked with my schedule to fit me in. Once I got there they quickly took my car in to be inspected. The mechanic I delt with seemed to have a critical eye when he went over the car. On top of all that their price was very reasonable. If I lived in the area I would go back and use them again.

This is definitely our go to place...honesty means most when searching for an automotive repair shop ,..some places tell you you need this and that ..nope he will actually tell you not necessary repair yet...love this place

Since moving to Attleboro a couple of years ago, I had been looking for a good auto repair shop. I am so glad that I found Lapierrie's! Chris is very friendly and always takes the time to answer questions about my car. The first time I had my car repaired here, Chris did a follow up call a few days later to see how the car was running. I don't know of any repair shop that does that. Great customer service! I have always had a great experience with them! I would highly recommend them.
