“My BMW X3 needed a new headlight nearing the end of November. The X3 was due for inspection and my wife was starting a new job on December first.
Doug and the AER team agreed to replace the light bulb and do a vehicle maintenance inspection on a Friday afternoon— we were new customers.
They replaced the bulb and created a prioritized list of needed repairs before 2 m. The list included pictures of the X3’s components requiring repairs.
The List was well laid out and Doug suggested that we do the work piecemeal as there was a bit of work to do. This was excellent advice and has allowed us to plan and spread out the repairs in December and January!

“My mini hit a pothole that damage, the tire and the rim. They were able to get the rim repaired at a fraction of the cost. It would’ve cost for a replacement.

I have been there three times now and I can say I made a great decision.
Their prices are difficult to beat.

Aside from the fact that they sometimes raffle off a free iPad, as a business, they have a very customer experience focus.
Booked an appt over the phone with Tony. An excellent communicator. He confirmed the year make and model of the car and we talked about considerations for the fluids over the cold months.
My car went right in as soon as I got there. I paid about 1/2 of what I would have at the dealership.
They do a free inspection and advise you of upcoming required service. I chose which ones were critical and timely to me.
They ordered the parts and when they come in, I’ll be back to do the work.
If you drop your car off, there is a link they send you to see the overall health of your vehicle.
They simply show you what your car needs, help you choose what’s most important for your budget, and move forward from there.
The waiting area and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The parking lot is beautifully paved and monitored by security cameras.
The staff is incredibly friendly. You’ll know you made the right decision when you get there.

“I had fantastic service today! I showed up and the door was locked because they where in the back. I was sitting in my car looking up somewhere else to go. They ended coming out to my car and asking me what I needed. They did an oil change and was able to get my diagnostic test for my check engine light. They where friendly, fast and accommodating. Im happy to report my check engine light turned off. This will be my new place for an oil change!”

“Very content with the professional and detail about the car work I received from Spee Dee. Before they do anything on your car, they come and speak to you first. I needed my front brakes done has the pads were worn out, oil change and tire rotated. Staff is very serious about there service and very loyal and trustworthy I would highly recommend Spee Dee. “Had my car inspected there it failed the first time for minor things fixed it n can back I can honestly say very fast service no wait at all both times it passed the second time around no complaints I don't know why they get bad reviews but just know they do wat there supposed to do n if your car not up to regulations don't expect it to pass”
