“It’s started as a random google search in the early evening hours looking for the nearest UPS location that carry boxes big enough to fit in a printer of 18x24x19 ( WxDxH) weighted 60pounds. I found Pigeon Post in Attleboro. I called and spoke with a gentleman, I proceeded to described what I needed and he suggested that I come in person to the store right away; but it was early in the evening so I settled in to go first thing in the morning instead. Once I got there, the experience took a turn for the better. George was very attentive, customer service at its best and more importantly kindness and efficiency were in full display throughout. Knowledge is everywhere, the issue is some people know how to share it better than others. In business is not about making money its rather know how not to lose money. If you are in need of the type of service they're offering, I would advise that you stop by and wouldn't be disappointed.”

“My poor mother and grandmother had to have a verification of address for a company that helps the elderly with their gas. Sadly they received a poor image of the address they needed. can you imagine such a scenario? In a desperate move they came to this location to help print out a legible document. Mom told me they were the most amazing people who gave it their best shot. These folks were patient with my family who are seriously technically uninformed. Thankfully it was a happy ending. Whatever magic that needed to happen worked and my grandmother was approved the help she desperately needed. Thank you so much. My mom told me the whole saga this morning. “Came here to get a couple photos made of my fiance, for his final resting place. I called and told Keith in printing about my situation and what I needed -he was sympathetic and told me he would help me. I emailed the photos to him and within 10 minutes he called me saying I could come get them.He did a amazing job getting them cropped and to the correct size. He was so kind, and helpful. Thank you Keith for making my life a little easier at this time!!”

“I bought a desk chair wand the protection plan from Staples. It broke a year later. Who saves their receipts for a year?..The process was exhaustive. Very difficult BUT Megan at the from desk was incredibly helpful. She hung with me during the whole process, helping me whenever she could which was often. I got a new chair but would have givem up if it wasn't for Megan. You have a valuable employee and should reward her accordingly.”
