Don’t get blood work here. I had blood work done a year ago went to my appointment and they never sent the results my doctor’s office says they do that all the time Unfortunately, I went back for more bloodwork and I had to go back because they gave a bad sample to the testing facility when I got there, I knocked on the window because I couldn’t see anyone and I got a lecture from the woman with gray hair about how I should not have knocked on the window she kept going on and on about why I should not knock on the window. I said well I didn’t see a sign says please do not knock on window! She said I know we we were told to take down the signs we had too many apparently she wants to rule the nest and not follow the company policy. She wants it her way and from reading the other reviews, this place doesn’t give good service to a lot of people. Hopefully their bosses look into this issue and try to fix it.
This is an update To my last review. I went to the doctors to go over my blood work and guess what they did not send it. They had two weeks to send the results.

I have been using Quest for many years without problems. However, the Attleboro location seems to have a very broken system. Despite an appointment, I couldn’t login with the QR code which I had in my possession, they had the incorrect address, a 10-year-old phone number none of which I can change in my profile. The reasons that were given were completely conflicting and made no sense. The worst: Despite my showing them a record of my labs having been faxed on July 16, they had no record of it and could only blame. The doctor seems to me with all the errors that occurred. The blame has to be placed Squirrley on Quest in Attleboro. I’ll be changing my lab provider

I was forced to give that 1 star because they don't deserve any. The staff is extremely rude. They act like you're interrupting their tea party. The 2 woman working there should not be working with the public especially in the medical field. I would expect that at a coffee shop or other fast food environment but not a medical office.

Initially I was disappointed that I'd have to wait 80 minutes as a walk-in to have a blood draw. However, I only waited about half that time, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was excellent for the draw; I didn't even feel the needle go in! I would highly recommend coming here for bloodwork.

I went early for appointment ,
No was waiting on the waiting room,
All I could hear was the employers talk .
They made me wait 35mins for my appointment time…

The techs and lab work is fine. Just make sure you're there 10 to 20 mins early or you're getting called out of order. All about the timing here if you expect a good experience. Least painful blood draw I've ever had though. Amen for that.

Gee, I've gone there many times and never had a problem or had someone be rude to me. And they do a good job drawing blood.

Had to wait over 45 minutes as a walk in because they took appointments first. That's fair, but I've never had to make an appointment at Lifespan Labs where I normally go so I didn't realize I should have an appointment. The blood draw area smelled of BO and the tech didn't say a word to me until "press down" when she was done and gave me the gauze. Then she proceeded to mash the tape down just after I asked her to only press it lightly becuase the tape burns me. They couldn't do all of the ordered tests because one of them was time sensitive and apparently a company as large as Quest cannot get pick ups on Fridays or Saturdays???? They did do my workplace health screening at the same time and as a walk in which I did appreciate it becuase means I never have to go back there again. Would not recommend and certainly not without an appointment and clarity on if they can actually perform your tests that day.

This place has gotten terrible. You cannot talk to a person and they have the dumbest phone service to make appointments now. Only lab I know to do this.
