This place has really gone downhill over the past year or so: Some pumps won't read a "Rewards" card, some pumps won't read a credit card, some pumps won't provide a receipt, there's rarely fluid in the window cleaner bins, there's fascist graffiti on one of the pumps, it can take forever for a pump to be activated (especially late at night). These are just the issues I can remember off the top of my head. Convenient location and competitive pricing, but all the aforementioned issues are starting to make it not worth the hassle to do business here.

Pay attention to the prices on the shelf vs. what rings up. The king size candy bars are $2.99 on the shelf but ring up at $3.19. The cashier gave me an attitude when I told her the price was wrong, saying they've always been $3.19 since she's worked there. I again said the price on the shelf says $2.99 for all the king size candy bars. She finally walked over there in a huff with me and looked. She fixed the price in the register after that. I don't know how many products this is happening with but I'll be paying closer attention from now on.
ETA - I filled out your generic online form that the link you provided below goes to. Let's see if I hear anything. Anyone else also can't log in to the Speedway app for the better part of this year, too? I know all the Google play store reviews have all mentioned it. This is why I stopped going there a few months ago to begin with.

Their hot food availability is inconsistent. Sometimes I go after my shift at random times ranging from 12AM to 4AM and there's a usual overnight employee who'll always throw a pizza on with a smile, and it takes less than 5 minutes. She's an absolute godsend and it's always appreciated. Sometimes I go earlier, like tonight (7/23 at 11) and get told they don't have any hot food options whatsoever and they won't make anything. I don't know what their policy is regarding hot food times, but the point is the consistency isn't there. Maybe there was a kitchen issue (again I don't like to assume but it wasn't communicated). It's hit or miss, and I noticed lately with the night shift it's more strike out than hits.

Pleasant customer service. More items in store. The store is clean, the bathroom is clean. The manager is on the ball. Everything I like is in this store.

The two girls that were working this morning were the kindest, most patient, and helpful people that I have encountered in years. I locked my keys and handbag in my car and was beside myself. They helped me contact AAA and went above and beyond to help me remain calm. The world would be a much better place if it had more people like these two girls.
