Starbucks sucks!!! I hate it here!!! everything is so expensive!! when I asked for less ice in my ice coffee they poured steaming hot coffee all over me!!! I got 3rd degree burns!!!

The staff here has been told to fill up the entire cup with ice and then add coffee. You literally get 6 Oz of coffee in a large. Complete rip off. No other Starbucks does

I always have a great experience here, whether dining in or taking out. The staff members are ALL so sweet, even when things get chaotic. The wait time can sometimes be a little longer during busier hours, but even then I make the trip to come to this specific location–it's worth it. My order is always accurate and perfectly done. Best location I've been to by far!!!Parking: Lots of surrounding parking.

I am a frequent customer of this location and am generally used to the long wait times whether you order on the mobile app, go through drive thru or go inside. Today I ordered two items, went through the drive thru, and one was wrong. I luckily found a parking space, went inside, explained the issue - that one of the drinks was missing the two flavors (clearly on the tab from the mobile order). (BTW - they were fully staffed) The girl behind the counter took a small cup and went to put the flavors in the cup - I asked her instead to put them directly into my iced drink and took the cover off so she wouldn't have to touch it. She got an immediate attitude and then returned my drink to me with the attitude. After staring at me I commented 'nice attitude' to which she make a snarky comment 'thanks'. I asked for the manager and she went to get Ash. Ash came out, I explained the issue, she cut me off and told me that they were supposed to put the flavors in the small cup (girl never said this), and she commented very dismissively, 'I'll speak to her'. I said 'that's it?', and she said there wasn't anything else she could do since I had my drink. Horrible customer service and horrible way for a manager to lead by example. I wasn't rude, I didn't raise my voice, but I guess my face said it all. As I said earlier this location is always busy so its to be expected but I have never encountered such condescending dismissive customer service before. Definitely try another location since this once clearly doesn't care about their customers.

Got charged 9.65 for a grande refresher and didn't notice until I left bc I paid with Apple Pay and wasn't handed my receipt. Called customer service and was told since they didn't give me a receipt, I'd have to go speak to the manager. Five dollars isn't enough for me to drive there, and go Karen on someone, so I will just Karen here. Anyway, make sure you get your receipts and know what you paid for.
