“Got an alignment and had to get a new tire, the guys were very helpful! Decent prices, a little bit of a wait but they seemed quite busy so I get it. Kept me updated when necessary. Lewis helped me bring my old tire to my car as a spare and when I promptly realized I goofed and should’ve asked for it mounted in place of the old one ( my bad ), Lewis brought it back in (this was now just past close so the doors were locked as we went back in) to be mounted with no hesitation so I didn’t have to make 2 trips. Definitely didn’t have to do that so thank you!! Bonus points for a nice little waiting area with a tv and wifi and vending machines.”

“Jay is the definition of an honest mechanic. No filler work, straight to the point, and does a thorough job. I originally came in for brakes, tires, and 90k maintenance for my 2016 Corolla, thinking I needed to get things replaced preventatively. Though he could've gone ahead and done my brakes and tires, he honestly told me it would be a waste of money to replace parts already in good condition. He inspected everything, listened to every single concern I had, and went above and beyond. As a woman, it can be hard to find people who don't take advantage of you with car work. After going to Sarkis, I don't think I'll go anywhere else from now on. Thank you Jay for making me a firm believer in well-intentioned mechanics.”

“Good people, took the time to explain what needed to be fix and why it would cost what it does. Very transparent. Side bonus, they treated my wife well when she went in and actually explained without talking down to her which sadly is hard to find sometimes at a auto shop. Repairs seemed good quality, if that changes Ill update.”

“I found this location to be the best one I have gone to for service. Took clients car for spring spruce up I believe it's called. It was an older car owned by senior. They were very good. Even Found another discount for my senior to save them some money. I found them fast and efficient they get things done exactly when they said they were going to. I would recommend this location to other's.”

“I had an appointment with another place and realized I had left my cellphone at home. I couldn’t figure out where they were located, and I was getting frustrated. I decided to just stop into Firestone to see if they could help me, and the gentleman at the desk, Manny, was so kind and helpful. He made sure my donut was safe to drive on and looked everything over for me. As promised, the tire was ordered and delivered the same day, and they called me as soon as I could come back to have it put on. They also could have easily talked me into buying two of their tires instead of ordering just one of the same brand my car already had. In a world where so many businesses seem focused on making as much money as they can, I’m sure glad I found a Manny who works at this one. Thank you so much, Manny, for treating me with kindness and honesty. I truly appreciate it!”
