Used storage and then they decided to do a price increase. I called around and got a bigger unit , much nicer facility for half the price. I told customer service but they didn't care. Advise everyone to use attleboro self storage on O'Neil Blvd attleboro. Such a beautiful place and way better pricing. You can get a 10x10 for 100 verses 179.95 plus fees at uhaul. Oh and you don't have to buy your lock either cause it's included in price

The propane refill is super convenient when the employees or tank is available to fill. I have been to this location on 3 separate occasions over the last couple weeks and they have only been able to refill my tank once.

Dropping off our vehicle was smooth, despite only one staff member being visible on site. He was behind on checking in vehicles but asked if we were okay with receiving a digital receipt later. We appreciated not having to wait to drop off the vehicle, and the digital receipt arrived about an hour later with no issues. Overall, a convenient and hassle-free experience.

I wanted to rent the truck for the whole day. I got charged 50 dollars extra from coming back at 6 pm vs 4pm. It’s more than the original rental itself. I will use a different company next time that does standard daily rentals. Since when were rentals only 8 hours?

Truck broke down on the side of the highway due to a bering issue and took them 5 hours to get us a tow truck. Worst experience moving ever with UHaul
