Very grateful to have this shop in town. Found myself with a flat & in need of tire levers to get rolling again. The guy opening the place was very helpful in spite of me showing up before they unlocked the doors. Would definitely recommend & I'm sure I'll return in the future

Brought my e-bike here to repair a flat tire. The older man who worked on it for about an hour called me and said it was ready. Paid $45 but only made it about two blocks when I thought my tire was going to fall off. I turn around and bring it back explaining what happened and he looks at it and said ah yes I see I forgot to tighten this. No apology offered but I’m like whatever. I make it back home and not even a week later the same tire is leaking air. Wont be coming back

I ordered a Trek MTB online, I had to pick a store to send it to. I had it sent to Union Cycle as they were about the same distance from work and home. I received an email from Trek that the bike had been delivered, later that same day I received a call from Rick that the bike was ready to pickup. Outstanding customer service from a store that I had never been to. I will absolutely go there again for parts or service.

I went in there twice, there will not be a 3rd time. I can't rate their service as I had none done. I was shopping for accessories for the Ebike I had a while back. I was having difficulty as mine was a lesser know underdog brand name. It wasn't anything electronic I needed. Anyway to my point, so instead of simply saying yes or no to what I was looking for the guy I was asking help from became condescending and presuming quite quickly. Starts giving me a review of the Ebike that I never asked for in the first place. Looks down his nose at my bike, all snobby about it. Real rugged looking guy so I was surprised this kind of attitude from him and the lecture of how I should choose an Ebike, when I never even asked.
I'll ride all the way down to Providence instead to Dash Bikes for my accessories where they don't talk down to anyone nor snub your bike because of its make or model.

Recently purchased my first bike in 30 years....Rick was extremely patient and helpful as I made sure I was picking the right bike for me. Today, I brought the bike in for a simple adjustment and found the staff extremely helpful and willing to help.
Keep up the good work, I'll be a customer for a long time!

Honestly,these guys, Rick and Ron they are THE best. If you have a question? Have a problem with your bike? Seek out this bike shop. They walk the talk! I will never go to those rude cycle shops that won’t even look at your bike for 6 days. Union Cycle!!!

They took my bike for a minor tune up. They called to tell me that it needed another part. They kept me posted. They are a friendly group. Since Covid has gone away, they now allow people back in the store. This is a big improvement here and every small retail outlet in the last three years
