I have to say, this place has never disappointed me. Even on busy days when the line is outside the door, the staff is super friendly and efficient. They always advise me on the best methods and packaging to ship my items, and deliver service with a smile. Most importantly, they are open most of the time when you would need to mail a package. So instead of driving to the other UPS Store, which appears abandoned, come here instead and ship your stuff with efficiency!

I just had a great experience at the store. I had trouble printing out the label for a rerun they were able to find a box to accommodate and I was in and out in under 2 minutes.

My rights were violated at store #6017!Employee Megan, #188819 made me show my license to ship a small package to NH. When I questioned it, she said that she has to be sure I'm the same person as on the return address label. Told me it a store rule. What if there wasn't a return address label?? What if I was shipping that package for a relative or neighbor?? Would she have refused to ship it?? Then Megan has the nerve to ask what's in the package. Violating my privacy! If it isn't liquid, flammable or liquid it's none of her business. I will never return to that store. All franchises should have same rules. I don't have to show USPS a license to ship things.

I went to this UPS store back in December 2023 to return two items from Christmas.. I never received refund a refund for one of the...It is said that the item was never returned. I then returned back to the UPS store asking for them to explain why this item was not returned.. I was told to leave my information an a manager would call me.. because they could not get access to the computer to look at my items that I returned....it is a week later and no call.... Very unprofessional... I will never return to this store...

Our was experience was rather unpleasant. The lady that helped us made us feel small for not knowing that the packages needed to be sealed. She was very rude and disrespectful. Maybe an entry level class on what the customers would need to do before the demon of an employee picks us apart, would be exquisite.

I had sent back a package back to an Amazon seller and never received my refund. They said they never received it. It was a return that I had to pay $36.25 shipping that I paid cash for. I threw away my receipt. I went to store 2017 in South Attleboro,ma and the manager Megan was kind enough to research and found my receipt so I could prove that they received my package. Megan was super kind and sweet and she even reimbursed me the shipping cost. I would never go anywhere but that store because she went above and beyond for me. Thanks again Megan

This place is great! I routinely return Amazon items, and I'm typically in and out the door in three minutes, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good about them!

Usually, I have a great experience here at this store. However, this morning there was a man I did not catch his name because I was blown away at what just happened he had long black hair. He was so inappropriately and unnecessarily rude to an older customer. The woman was in there for a matter of one minute, and had trouble with her phone for half a second and this guy was unbelievably unprofessional. She was speaking to him asking if everything is going through if she did the right thing and he’s blatantly ignoring her, then grabbed her item away from her and said please just stop now. That tiny interaction ruined that lady’s whole day, and I feel like something needs to be done. Not a good look for usually such great customer service.

I drop off packages here quite often and they seem to quite nice but I didn’t like the fact that they charge for notary services. As a long time customer I don’t believe I should be charged for that simple service but I guess UPS has to make money one way or the other. A greedy company that doesn’t care about their workers. They still haven’t included Air-conditioners in their trucks. Their drivers mishandle packages so am not really expecting much from them.

I was at UPS the other day to return a package. The woman who waited on me whose name is Meghan was fantastic. So helpful. People complain all the time, but when someone is good , I feel as though you should comment. Thank you Meghan for your excellent service. We will be back.
