The customer service there is terrible, there is the rudest person working there his name is David , I wish I could speak to the manager because the behavior of this employee is unacceptable, he is so rude gets mad if you ask anything and slammed my documents in the counter and looking at me like he wants to punch me ..
he needs to be let go and employed some one that really wants to work

07/16/2025 I just left this branch. Extremely horrible horrible behavior. I very nicely to give me a passport form for my kids, he literally slammed the paper down on the counter right in from of my face like we had a problem before. I have NEVER in my life experience such a rude person. These people really need anger management. Very unprofessional, working for the government and acting in such a way is a NO NO! Very stupid and annoying. I walked away peacefully because 2 angered people can not clash and walk away without being hurt.

This location is where I do most of my shipping and they're always friendly, efficient, and willing to help. Jaylen helped me mail a long backdrop for a coworker in Florida. He was so patient and helped me find the most affordable way to mail it. I was having a difficult week and his cheerful, positive demeanor brought a smile to my face. Thank you so much, Jaylen!

Rude workers, no one knows what’s they are doing, been trying to set up a PO Box and filled out two change of address forms and everything and haven’t gotten any mail in it for over 3months…. Do better USPS

I am so thankful for Paul he helped me to found my package from my parents that was so important to me, I called him in the morning and after few hours my package was delivered to my home , Paul is so professional and very nice person, I am grateful

Showed up at 4pm to do a passport and apparently they stop taking people at 4pm..this is not listed anywhere online and they made no exceptions. My family drove over an hour to do this . Very poor customer service

I wasted a lot of time at the Pleasant St location making appointments for a passport and was given the run around 3 times/3 consecutive appointments. A woman told me I needed a court certification for sole custody and on the post office and mass dot gov website it states I only needed a court order which I had. Then another rep tried to say bc the birth certificate has a rip that it wasn’t ok. I insisted they submit the application after going back and forth 3 times due to their lack of knowledge and persistence that everyone else was wrong and sure enough; they are incompetent. The passport went through without a problem. It was confirmed a court certification was NEVER NEEDED and the BIRT CERT WAS ACCEPTABLE!

Went for scheduled passport appointment, with all required paperwork clearly identified and handed to "David" at attleboro, ma post office. Original birth certificate, plus copies of front & back of birth certificate were handed to David. David then said birth certificate could not be used, as name was not printed on it ( holding back of certificate, looking at footprints) . When I said "turn it over" David said quite loudly and rudely, " you know, I don't need this". Wow, David. Maybe you need a class in manners, customer service, anger management? When David was asked his last name, he turned red, asked why, was told there would be a complaint made, he thought about it and said "smith". Really? I already know your real name...

The mail carriers and the "post master" do not care about anyone but themselves. Always extremely careless when it comes to delivering your mail. Also, not really sure why they hire people who are so scared of dogs that they cry wolf every time they see one. If you ask me, they hire a bunch of cry babies who are living off a single brain cell. Every experience we've had with them within the past 8 years I've resided here, is just pathetic. Oh, and just a heads up to anyone who is unfortunate enough to come into contact with their carrier, little miss "Ashley" , she is by far the worst of them so good luck!

Went to renew passports for the kids at this post office location. We made appointment for four people. Unfortunately we were attended to by an extremely rude old lady. She said we could only do 2 out of 4 even though we were within our appointment timeframe and were delayed over 15 mins by the previous appointment. She was hurrying us up and pronouncing names very rudely. She was acting like she is the one issuing us passports and not the United States govt. I will not recommend this post office due to the poor treatment. This person needs to not be a state employee for the disgraceful behavior. We had appointments booked and were not attended to in a respectful manner. This old lady is the rudest post office staff I have ever encountered.

My family went here to obtain our passports for the very first time and we would have been LOST without our main man David working the desk here at the post office. Too bad I don't know his last name - I know he mentioned there's three Davids working there (I only know bc that's only my son's father's name lol). But seriously he made the experience so much easier for us. ? He was awesome with every customer he helped.
