Just bought a acura integra from acura of auburn and could not be happier with my vehicle and the dealership! The staff was top notch and Erica Santana was awesome to deal with! Everyone that I came in contact with was beyond professional and friendly. The dealership on a whole was very inviting. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Wonderful dealership to buy a car. Salesman Johnny and general manager Ken were so nice, and got the deal done quickly. AND when my husband went to pick up the vehicle it was wrapped with a red bow! Great place!

From the start everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Looked at the Jeep three separate times and at no point felt any pressure at all. Johnny the salesmen was a pleasure to deal with, Erica in finance was very friendly and also great to deal with, Ken the manager was also enjoyable to talk to. Best buying experience we’ve ever had , the best part was there was a big red bow on our vehicle when we picked it up !! 5 star dealer.

Took my 2025 MDX in for its first service.
Great customer service, didnt take longer than needed and had me out the door in an appropriate amount of time.
Waiting area was clean, and also has a quiet area which comes in handy if you need it.
Ill be bringing my car back for service here in the future.

I just had service done to my vehicle at Acura of Auburn. I like bringing my vehicle to this dealership. The Service Department Staff are very nice, helpful and have always done a good job. They go that extra mile for you. I wouldn't want to take my vehicle anywhere else but here. Very happy customer!

I arrived at my scheduled appointment oil change 30 minutes prior my time. The advisor told me that I am due for some maintenance that I declined. After 30 minutes, I went back to him and told him if they can check my tailgate not making noise when it closes, he told me that they cannot because they will go home already. But my appointment was done in less that 1 hour so that’s is good.

I cannot adequately express my gratitude and appreciation for the amazing service I recently received at Acura of Auburn. The customer service and the mechanics service team went above and beyond to help me get “back on the road” again. I was able to get my vehicle in to them within a couple of hours, and they assessed the damage immediately! I am officially an Acura of Auburn customer for life!
