I’m glad I did follow my instincts to go to aspen dental and didn’t pay hay to some of the unfortunate comments passed by some client. My experience with aspen dental was beyond my expectations and all I can say is thank you Aspen dental for the great job done. Good good customer care, affordable and the state of the arts equipment used.

I've had multiple great experiences with Aspen in Auburn. I have had a mouthful of problems for years. They have always been kind, professional, patient and as gentle as possible. I feel like they listen to your needs in person and when you call. I recommend both Dr. Lee's, Dr. U.and a great assistant Allie! Everyone has gone over and above. One exam room and bathroom need little makeover but otherwise it's well kept and very clean !

Friendly, knowledgeable and those qualities were present in everyone we met. Great place to see a dentist if you've not been to one for years. Come to Aspen if you'd like to be made comfortable, and if that's not enough, their excellence in explaining/describing all things about your treatment is top shelf.

My intellectually disabled brother-in-law (J) is very shy and nervous in new settings and people. Seven years ago he needed dentures. Aspen welcomed him with kindness and consideration to adjusting their pace for his comfort.He is now in need of denture replacement because they are too worn down. My husband and I had zero hesitation in returning to Aspen Dental and J has zero anxiety in returning. And that is the highest of compliments being J approved! ?

I have a high anxiety level concerning dentistry in general...positive experiences have been few and far in between. This was my first appointment and it was a good experience. I was given plenty of time and opportunity to make sure my questions were answered so that I understood my situation and the plan going forward. Financial arrangement was simple and clearly explained. My only concern was that I could only view the itemized charges and not receive a printout because the printer was not working...minor issue.Everyone was friendly and helpful even though they were very busy. So...the journey begins.
