Have gotten all my cars from here! Great dealership with great people, never had an issue :) sometimes oil changes take a while, but that's expected with a high volume place and not doing them yourself.

I have bought 4 cars at this dealership and used them for maintenance on all. Here is how you loose a regular customer: On my previous maintenance visit, I was told the car needed a left rear axle. I went to a different repair shop to have the axle replaced as the cost was significantly lower. Today when I went to this Honda dealership for regular maintenance, after changing the oil & inspecting the car, I was told that I needed a left rear axle! I said that I had it replaced previously by a different shop. I was then told that the mechanic said it needed replacement. I declined the work. When the final paperwork was filled out and I went to pay, a different salesperson checked me out and said it was an error. That there was a little grease on the axle that they wiped off & the axle is fine. This left me with absolutely NO confidence in the service department.I will not be returning to this dealership.

Over the last 20+ years, I have purchased 5, 6, or even 7 cars from Lundgren and have serviced them at the dealership. Within the last few years, things seemed to have changed at the dealership. Recently, I had oil change performed within the last week or so. A price of $60ish dollars for the oil change, one would think there should be some attention given. But this time seems like it was shoddy work (see link). youtube.com/shorts/QqsK4…I called to inquire about it and sent the video into the service department to see. Maybe it's the holidays and people are busy, but I was unable to get resolution. I was willing to pay for my own clip, but I was told after the service manager viewed the video that I had to bring it in and would have to wait. All I wanted was to get a clip, and even willing to pay for it. But, no satisfaction. Bring in the vehicle and I'd have to wait for someone to look to see it, as if the video wasn't clear enough that the clip was not reinstalled after the oil change. I have decided to go to some local auto part store and look for a generic clip and pay out of pocket instead of waiting what would be an appointment four days from now. TBH, somewhat disappointed; Lundgren was always my go to and I've recommended Lundgren and have had many buy from there. I think I'll be forced to take my car to Premier Auto Repair in Worcester (have used them for my kid's used Nissan). We could do better, Lundgren used to do better. As an aside, the service receptionist was excellent in helping me; she asked me why I was calling and helped me get the video to the service team to view. She kept in touch with me all the way thru the end when I realized that it wasn't going to work out. THANKS Ashley.Pics.. the clip that Lundgren failed to put back in place and the one i went to O'Reilly's in worcester to get. $5 out of pocket and lesson learned.=8^(

Big thanks to Paige and the entire service team!! Amazing, fast friendly service and beautiful waiting area with coffee bar! I was suprised that they had the lowest price compared with the oil change spots for a full synthetic oil change, so why go anywhere else than the Honda experts! Highly recommended dealership, I'll be back with my other civic soon!

Not good value . I find it odd that a place doesn't give a free oil change when you buy a new car . I just bought a used Jeep and the Jeep dealership gave me 3 free oil changes and tire rotations . My wife bought a new car from Toyota and she gets free oil changes and tire rotations up to 20,000 miles . When I messages the salesman Jayson who sold us the car he was kind of rude . He just said "no have a nice day ". With no explanation. I would stay away from here and go to Herb Chambers of Auburn and get a Toyota . You get great service and perks buying from them .

DONT BUY USED CARS FROM HERE! Had a used car sent from this location to another location. The car has been nothing but problems and been in the shop for almost the whole month since we bought the car. 1. Failed inspection due to ball joint. 2. Leaking sunroof that cause the whole back seat to get wet. 3. Shifter cable broke. The car is currently in the shop for a Cylinder misfire and won't run issue still not diagnosed! Who knows what else is going to go wrong. "Owned" the car for over a month and only had the car out of the shop for less than a week and a half. Over $200 car payment for a car we haven't even had.

I bought a car from here a few years ago; great experience with the salesman named Daniel R.; he is no longer here he went to Florida; not sure how it is anymore but I had a decent experience; when the car I bought (2016 civic) had an issue I brought it here and they gave me a loaner while they looked into it. The little cafe inside while you wait for an oil change is also nice; the service advisor will try to sell you on things you dont need; I had 5k miles on the car and he wanted to rotate the tires. Weird. Other than that its fine.

I was working with a salesman on a new Honda. He presented me an offer with unspecified interest rates, which I knew were a lot higher than Honda's interest rates of 1.9% for 60 months and 2.9% for 72 months. The salesman said nothing about those rates nor about the "Lundgren Advantage" program. There was no way that I was going to accept that offer with exorbitant interest rates. I said that I needed to do some number crunching. Today, I text him that I know about Honda's available rates. I asked what the interest rates on the offer form were and what would be the monthly payments be with the Honda rates. He never answered the question about the mystery interest rates. He does provide me with the monthly payment amounts for the 1.9 and 2.9 rates. The difference for the 60 month term was $64/month and the for the 72 month was $56. Then he tells me that the car sold this afternoon. I have heard many positive things about Lundgren. I feel deceived by the salesman. Thanks for nothing.

Took my car here for a factory recall. I had previously taken my car to another dealership and had zero issues with their work. I went here because it was closer to home. Upon inspecting the car they said that the recall had already been done on one side, but they would do the other side. I have every single piece of paperwork for anything done on this car, and that work had never been done. Oh well, a mystery. I bring it in to get the other work done, and after about an hour and a half, my car is ready. I drive away, 2 miles, and starts making weird noises. I drive back and the tech says he can't hear anything and maybe it's some rust? So I drive it home and park it for 10 days while I'm on vacation. I get home and get in the car to go to the grocery store and there's all sorts of metal scraping sounds and thumping/tapping going on under the car. I go home and take my husband for a ride. He hears it loud and clear. So I call them because they are the last to have touched it, and they can't get it on for 4 days! I'm Livid because I think if it's a safety thing I'm in danger right? So I wait the 4 days, and my husband drives the car to work, heading the clanging banging sound every day. I get to the dealership and before the tech even looks at the car I have the most rude, disrespectful, misogynistic service men explain that my car is "old" (Dude, it's a Honda, and my own Honda specialist mechanic says don't sell it lol) and they are not responsible for anything they did during the recall? I'm livid. So I call my husband. He's livid but says "make them fix it". So I go out with the tech, and he hears the noise. Ok, fine. I sit for another 2 hours and then the service man shouts my name across the lobby, which is so unprofessional I can't believe it. And there he is with a bill for a diagnostic fee... shoving the paperwork at me saying "so it's nothing we did" with such arrogance and attitude I can't believe it... and that it was my rear brakes, (which I told the tech I was having done, btw). He then says the tech "cleaned things up for me" but that the noise was still there. So, I take it to my regular mechanic and he says it had nothing to do with my brakes, front or rear, not sure what they did or didn't do, but the noise is in fact, gone, along with $130 of my $ for a "free" safety recall.

This place is the best! My family and I have had some good luck with this dealership over the years! Yesterday I just purchased a Honda civic, and I got help from Austin! Austin was so great at finding me the car of my dreams. I got to test drive a Honda civic, and those cars are the best! I feel like everyone should try this dealership! It's about 20 minutes from my house, which is all the more reason to love it! I can't wait to come back next weekend and pick up my car!! This place is big and spacious, and everyone seems so nice!!

On Friday June 4th I spoke to salesman Jason regarding pricing on a lease CRV in the AM and he said he would talk to his manager and get back to me. He never returned my call. Poor service and am looking elsewhere,

Had been given a price for a car and my trade but then they said they had no idea how they got the number and said the price would be way higher. Makes me wonder if they where just giving me a low price to get me to come and then change it?

I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership 10 years ago when I bought my first car out of college. I have since needed their assistance twice with obtaining various paperwork. This most recent time was because of an issue at the RMV. Matt Barth was able to look up my purchase and not only help, but remain pleasant and reassuring that my issue would be resolved. It was so nice to know that even a decade later, I made the right choice buying my car here! (Side note, my car is still running great with over 100,000 miles on it!)
