I LOVE Bath & Body Works. The staff at this store are always lovely, welcoming, and helpful. I will say that some of their products have changed in size (i.e., hand sanitizer), but I think the quality remains. And I love the things they have been adding (lip care, hair care, laundry care! etc.).
