“Probably the easiest auto shop I've ever been to. Batteries, what do I know? The shop in Providence is great. They know what they are doing, and do it right. I'm very happy.”

“I went to Insterstate believing I needed a new battery. I was assisted by JoAnn who offered to test my battery. I didn't have to wait. She immediately brought her equipment directly to my car located in their parking area. I had a hard time opening the hood...she did not hesitate to offer her help and easily figured it out. She determined that my battery was fine and did not need to be replaced. However, she noticed that the area around the battery and the cables needed to be cleaned of battery acid. Most people would have suggested to get that done, but no, JoAnn went back inside and return w battery cleaner and a brush and got the job done! This all done with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. She also pulled out several dried leaves that had accumulated under the hood. Guess what???....NO CHARGE! I highly recommend Interstate Battery! When the time comes to replace my battery I will go directly to Intersate Battery. My friends and relatives will be informed that this is the place to go. THANK YOU JoAnn for such wonderful service!”

“AJ at O’Reilly was extremely helpful. I was having an issue with my car and he took the time to scan it, help me figure out that the problem was a blown fuse, and even made sure we found the correct fuse I needed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush me at all. Really appreciate AJ going above and beyond to help me out. Great customer service!”
