“I called ahead in the last ten minutes of them closing so I could quickly get some break pads so I wouldnt have to drive again in the morning and they were very considerate and had them ready for me when I arrived at the last second. I've been waiting on some performance pads I got on the Internet but in the meantime have been driving on depleted pads waiting so after today enough was enough and I got these as a place holder and back up if I run in to this issue in the future. I do a lot of driving daily Is my livelyhood. So I appreciate that they gave me a chance to get there and grab them right in the nick of time when they easily could have said sorry were closing. “I went to Insterstate believing I needed a new battery. I was assisted by JoAnn who offered to test my battery. I didn't have to wait. She immediately brought her equipment directly to my car located in their parking area. I had a hard time opening the hood...she did not hesitate to offer her help and easily figured it out. She determined that my battery was fine and did not need to be replaced. However, she noticed that the area around the battery and the cables needed to be cleaned of battery acid. Most people would have suggested to get that done, but no, JoAnn went back inside and return w battery cleaner and a brush and got the job done! This all done with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. She also pulled out several dried leaves that had accumulated under the hood. Guess what???....NO CHARGE! I highly recommend Interstate Battery! When the time comes to replace my battery I will go directly to Intersate Battery. My friends and relatives will be informed that this is the place to go.
